Since the hurricane's this location has continued to decline in every category imaginable... Poor customer service. Food quality, specifically breakfast, has dropped off by a mile.
The sausage biscuits have turned into hockey pucks, it looks like they bought the biscuits at Sam's, they're thinner, harder, no trace of the old butter topped biscuits that were served in the recent past... They are also NOT even close to being fresh, even at 0600hrs when they should be. I have gone from ordering 2 a day with a large coffee to eating anywhere except this location whenever possible.
The coffee is always luke warm, even during rush hours in the morning.
Trying to order in the drive-thru is apparently a new experience for those taking the orders... Today I ordered a #4 with a large coffee and 2 sausage mcgriddles and I had to repeat the entire order 4 times to 2 different people. You'd think I was speaking in some super secret mythical language but nope, just English which is a lost art with those taking orders here.
When you finally get up to the 1st window to pay, there are 3 employees standing in the background on their phones... Keep in mind that there are 2 lanes of vehicles in the drive-thru wrapped around the building almost out to the road.... It took me 36 minutes to get my order! I bit into my #4 sausage and egg biscuit and immediately tossed it into the trash. Egg was scorched, hashbrown was grease soaked and cold. I managed to salvage the coffee and 1 sausage mcgriddle from my order.
The manager and crew at this location should be arrested for assault and battery on the publics taste buds... Do yourself and your taste buds a favor,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy recent visit to McDonald's for breakfast left me deeply concerned and ultimately led to us leaving the establishment without ordering.
Upon entering, we noticed an employee descending a ladder with a can of paint, which initially seemed innocuous. However, as we walked further into the lobby, I happened to look up and was shocked to see extensive black mold covering approximately 85% of the ceiling tiles.
This discovery was particularly alarming given that my wife had just been discharged from the hospital for an upper respiratory infection. The presence of such significant mold in a food service environment poses a serious health risk, especially for individuals with respiratory vulnerabilities.
Given these unsanitary conditions, we immediately decided to leave. We could not, in good conscience, consume food from an establishment with such a blatant disregard for cleanliness and public health.
I have since attempted to reach out to McDonald's corporate to report this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. This lack of acknowledgment further compounds our disappointment.
A food establishment, especially one as widely recognized as McDonald's, should adhere to the highest standards of hygiene. The conditions we witnessed were unacceptable and raise serious questions about the safety and cleanliness of this particular location. We hope this issue is addressed promptly and thoroughly to prevent potential health hazards for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a very unwelcome experience this morning at this McDonald's location. First, when I arrived at 5:00 am, the doors to the lobby were locked. After waiting 10 minutes outside at the door, I walked around to the drive thru window and asked if the lobby was going to be open this morning, because they were serving Drive thru customers already with the doors to the lobby still locked. Finally at 5:15, the worker came and unlocked the door. I ordered my coffee and sat down to have my cup of coffee before ordering breakfast. The whole time, I noticed a child left unattended in the restaurant running around rather loudly without shoes on. The lady that worked there came out to check on the child and told her to put her shoes back on. I assume the child belongs to her. Shortly after, the lady came out to the lobby where I was sitting in the corner, and informed me that there was a 30 minute limit on the dining area and that I had to leave. I made no fuss, and left the restaurant. I'm baffled as to why this worker thought she could use her job at the local McDonald's as her advantage for free child care, and at the same time harass paying customers. I won't be back to that location again. The worker and manager should be fired. The service is awful and they are not competent in running a fast food...
