So heard from management a couple now. Lots of nice things said of trying to fix the situation here. I am hopeful that tjis happens. Living out if the area and knowing my kids probably won't leave a review guessing I won't know for sure unless someone else has a bad experience. Hope not! They sent me gift cards to guess get me back there. Should of sent them to the person (s) who paid for the.meal I would think. Which wasn't me. Guessing means I need to hold them mail them or something. Just think they would of ask first. Somehow along the way thoughtfulness gets mistaken for the rights and wrongs.Gift cards while nice don't correct issues if management doesn't work.on the problem first. Thank you but still not 100% sure you get it! Nowadays with money being tight going out is a luxury for many. Bad service causes too many to refuse to deal with otter nonsense and just stay home or do fast food then its a no win game!. When we go out as a family its because we want to spend time together not have to deal with issues that we can have at home or food that wasn't right. Easier to just stay home and save that $150+. Thank-you
Was tremendously disappointed. Past experience was much better. We were here few months ago. Food and service was questionable at best. Neither was exceptable. All the years living near here eating here kids go here often. This place has gone down hill and rapidly. Was rather sad. We were here celebrating and not one of us was pleased. Chilis in Milton Fl is much better by 100 % you could learn from them. Thats where we go now since we live nearby. We were all saddened by this locations food prep, service and since there were 8 of us wondering why never saw a manager. In Milton the Manager always stops to see how things are and if things need improvement! Should happen here and more often. Just the looks on our faces would have told a manager a lot. Sad very sad day here. Not coming back. We were as a family of many here long time...
Read moreThis is based on today's experience only, i ordered To-Go. (normally im dine-in which is always excellent).
I placed an order at 9:07pm. Fairly simple order, couple of appetizers. "Ok, be ready in 15 mins." Then i sit... And wait... And wait... Finally the hostess, Summer, tells me my order will be out in a few minutes. At this point it is 9:35pm, so nearly a half hour has gone by. I get that restaurants get busy sometimes and orders get backed up, because I worked as a Hostess and a server in a few different restaurants on and off since I was 15. But if an order is taking a while I will always go up to the guest and let them know what's going on so they're not sitting around wondering. When I questioned Summer about why it was taking so long, she replied in a very snotty tone and just said "oh I'm sorry we're really busy". Ok, i get it, just be polite and give me a heads up earlier, maybe I'm on a time crunch. Then she told me "next time if you want to place your order ahead of time I can get it out to you faster". Now it isn't exactly her words that irritated me but the tone of that she used basically making me feel like I'm bothering her. A hostess is the first person a guest sees when they come into your store, so she should be the most outgoing friendly person. If I hadn't already paid I would have walked out, without my food and not come back. But as always the food is amazing, the only thing that needs to happen is Summer needs to step up customer service game, because if it was my store I would...
Read moreWe have been going to this Chili's for three years now, every Saturday evening. It was always very friendly, good food, and great service. Something has happened this year and it now has gotten to the point that we are looking elsewhere for our Saturday outings. Starting with the hostess, who is very incompetent. She spends more time joking with co workers than helping the waiting customers. Two weeks ago we were later than normal, and it was busy. I put in our name for my wife and I. right behind the hostess was a small booth that only hold two. We waited twenty minutes and finally were called, and seated at the same booth that was empty when we came in to begin with. This past week there were two parties ahead of us, a party of six and a party of eight. I looked in and saw five empty tables. We waited fifteen minutes while she seated the larger parties, then finally sat us at a table again that was empty when we came in. I know that larger parties usually expect to wait a little longer as tables have to be prepared, but why must an older couple, and my wife disabled, wait when tables are empty? I ordered a glass of wine, like I always do, but we were finished with our salads and it never came. We finally had to stop the waitress, and I just canceled it as our main course was coming. So from stepping into the restaurant, and now the service has gone downhill drastically. I really feel I am being generous in giving...
