Where to start this was my first time trying this food. for a location that just open very disappointed. Went at 8pm wasn't greeted when we walked in, ordered a 8 piece meal half grill half fried cause they said we could. Wanted mac and cheese but apparently this location dont carry mac and cheese but it is in there menu ok understandable as they might have not received it yet cause there new. So we went for the rice no flavor what so ever and under cook is an understatement. Drove all the way home which I live in menifee and noticed I got all fried chicken. My fault to assuming they got my order right and see oil at the bottom of the bag (picture attached) you open the box and greasy oil all over. When you bite its oily. My son loves chicken and he didn't even want to eat it. He liked the fries. When you try to call to speak with someone you have to jump over hoop. We asked about why the rice was not cooked and they said that all they do is heat it up not even made fresh.

Went to try this place out, first thing I noticed was I ordered a 3 piece that was supposed to have fries. Had no fries. Tried the rice & it was cold. They were announcing order #s in Spanish, I don’t speak Spanish. I was on a lunch break & I now had at least 5 less minutes to eat cause it was sitting there while they announced it in Spanish (my back was to the counter). They Could easily just announce it in English & spanish. I’d say if you want chicken avoid this place & go to canes since it’s right there as well. At least you get what you pay for.

Went on opening day, drive thru was long so we went inside. Waited for a while too but that’s understandable since it’s their first day. They have no more slow roasted grilled so we got the fried chicken and it was really good! It’s our first time to try this restaurant and glad that they opened here in Lake Elsinore. We ordered all the 6 sides but didn’t get the fries and was given two of the rice. The sides are good! Will definitely come back again and again. More to try next time

My excitement for this new Lake Elsinore spot quickly turned into frustration on opening day. As expected, the drive-thru line was long, a common scene when something new opens here. What wasn't expected was the series of letdowns that followed.

A staff member approached my car to take my order, and I had to ask for a menu since I hadn't seen one. I settled on the 3-piece meal, priced at over $11. I was surprised to learn that no drinks were included with any combo meals, which felt steep for the price. I specifically requested two fried pieces (a thigh and a leg) and one grilled chicken leg, eager to compare the different preparations.

Upon receiving my order at the window, I also inquired about salsa, only to be told they only had Cholula packets – no actual salsa available. I headed to a nearby AM/PM for a soda and some shade, hoping the food would make up for these initial snags.

Unfortunately, it didn't. When I opened my box, all three pieces were fried chicken thighs, completely disregarding my request for a grilled leg and a mix of pieces. It's likely they didn't have grilled chicken ready, and instead of informing me, they just substituted items. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered it.

The chicken itself was just okay; nothing to write home about. For nearly $12, I honestly would've preferred Popeyes, where I'd also get a drink included. Given this disappointing first experience, I don't think I'll be giving them a...

Went through drive thru and it was so difficult for no reason. Had to repeat my order 10 times, they did repeat my order back to me. I get to the window, the girl says my total and I hand her my card. Then she decides to tell me my order which is obviously wrong. I tell her what I actually wanted and she walks away WITH MY CARD. That’s so unprofessional, I should be able to see my card the whole time. You should never walk away with someone’s card. Takes them 10 minutes to fix my order and still don’t have my card. I ask if it’s easier for me to just come inside and the girl just stares at me and ignores me. Finally it’s “fixed” and she charges me. Then she hands me my food and I didn’t get my drinks so I’m waiting and she says she didn’t charge me for the drinks. Literally incompetent, I’m all for being kind and understanding to service workers but come on. The food was okay, I’d rather go to Popeyes where they’ll get my order correct and...
