Came here today through the drive-thru. I was sitting in the drive-thru waiting for them to talk to me. I didn’t say anything while I was waiting. Then the girl got on and said “you just gonna have to wait a minute”. Ummmm ok? Then she gets on and was very obnoxious about the way she was talking. She said “whatsssss up my girl!!!!! What can I get for you my girl!?” I then ordered my drink, and she stopped me to change my order to something “cheaper”. I ordered a medium iced pumpkin signature latte with nonfat milk and no whip. She said it’s cheaper to order it as just an iced latte with pumpkin. Okay cool. Yet I still paid almost $6.50. When in your app it should have been only $5 with how she said she put it in. She was just very unprofessional. But the girl at the window taking payment and handing out drinks was very sweet. She didn’t have a head set on so I know it wasn’t her. And she kind of seemed embarrassed with how the other girls were acting. It was 8/18/24 at 9:30am. And my drink was TERRIBLE. I ended up throwing it away and going across the street...
Read moreJust left this location and decided to see if what I experienced is a common problem for this particular Dunkin’, and it seems that it is. Drive Thru line wrapped around the building and I waited 20 minutes in line. As I got closer to ordering I noticed the cars in front of me seemed to be “ordering” for a longer time than expected at a place like Dunkin’. I pull up to order and the girl doesn’t say hello or take my order for nearly 2 minutes. Up to this point I figured they’re busy and helping other customers inside and such which is causing a back-up in the drive thru. When I pull to the window however, I see the girl who took my order as well as 4-5 other employees standing a few feet from the window just talking and laughing. No customers inside from what I saw, and no evidence that they were busy doing anything. Seeing from previous reviews that slow drive thru problems are common here, there definitely needs to be some changes made...
Read moreHello, I go to dunkin every day, sometimes during the day and sometimes in the morning as well a couple of days ago i went to get my daily decaf iced coffee, and I witnessed one employee her name was Natalia yelling at the other employee because she did something wrong and had a mess up she also as a very rude tone and was giving me attitude the whole time i was ordering.She is not a good employee i have asked my fellow friends if they had similar experience with her and they all have. in my opinion i do not think she should be working in costumer service and she should go find or get a job in a office where she has no way to be rude and and think that she is better then everyone when she works at dunkin doughnuts. the boss should hire good employees that are nice and like there job...
