I order from here quite often never had a problem, but yesterday I was really disappointed with what I received. Disappointed enough to let you know beware of their buy one get one free. I ordered the chronic yesterday. It was buy one get one free I upgraded to the larger size ended up being $27 . Looking forward to eating it for dinner and it was nothing but soup there was not probably one full tablespoon full of all different kind of fruit in it with a lot of coconut shavings on the top.. Who wants to drink their dinner when they got a nice fruit bowl? There are so many of these around now maybe I’ll just look for another place. Outside of that the last year I’ve ordered from there has been fine. Just beware the buy one get one free. YOU CAN READ THE OWNERS RESPONSE BELOW. It appears they have all the answers to any questions that arise with a concern with their product - I don't have an UBER account only Door Dash and the bowls were delivered when I was home and one was still frozen on the bottom and the other was very cold so I wasn't concerned about that just that they charged me for a Regular but put a small in a regular container. Usually I use cash. Usually I ask for the smoothie they throw out and usually I get it in a smaller sample type cup. Today I used a card. The young lady asked me to sign and accept. I read everything. She selected a tip, thinking I wouldn't notice and because of, I selected none. Per usual, I asked for the smoothie they throw away but this time the other young lady says she's not authorized too. I said ok but why not, I've paid for it, she told me I paid for the cup.
