When the branch first opened I had nothing but favorable experiences here. But as of late, it seems as though the employees are just doing whatever they want, and management clearly does not care.
I myself have special dietary limitations, not because I want those limitations, but because of health reasons. All the options I would need ARE provided by Dunkin, so it shouldn't be an issue (ie, decaf coffee and skim milk).
I first started having a problem with the register person not putting in my drink order correctly, so I ended up waiting for my drink to be made, and then I ended up having to get it re-made.
For that reason I started using the Dunk app to order, that way I am sure that the "DECAF" and "SKIM" options are clearly displayed it prints at the location.
This seemed to resolve the issue for a couple visits, until they got "the new machine". I would show up to pick up my order 10 minutes after placing the order, and it wouldn't be ready, and the staff would just be standing around chatting. When they saw me, they would make my order, but would always blame that "it doesn't make a noise when the mobile orders come in". I could tell when they used Whole Milk instead of Skim, since the color of the drink would be substantially different, but I had no way of verifying if the coffee was decaf, so I made it a point to confirm with them "this is with Decaf, right"? The answers I received ranged from "The new machine doesn't have decaf" to "oops, I didn't notice that", but the worst response was "yup" when they knew it wasn't. Within 30 minutes of drinking my drink, I would be a jittery mess and my anxiety would be flaring up terribly.
At this point, I clearly can't trust this location, so I've had to stop going to them all together, just to avoid being given something I shouldn't be given, just because their employees don't want to be bothered to do their jobs correctly,...
Read moreI hate writing bad reviews. However, this Dunkin is the absolute WORST! We and like 10 other cars spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru to order food and coffee. Which right now with how hard it is to find employees, I was not even upset about the wait. While ordering, the person on the mic sounded like she was hacking up a lung. We got to the window and they were handing us someone else’s order. We politely told them it was incorrect and the women just shrugged her shoulders. No apology. Barely even looked at us. Just an “uh huh.” We had to reorder right then and there the entire order! Which she made seem like a huge inconvenience for her the entire time. Then, the first coffee she gave us, AFTER WE REORDERED, was wrong! We politely sent it back and hear her saying in the background “Who orders hot Pumpkin coffees anyways?” We did not react. Just shocked that someone working at this establishment would say that. They started handing out the order where she was checking the bags and putting her hand in the bags with no gloves on and rearranging the food!! When we opened the bags the food was thrown around everywhere. So, there is no way she didn’t touch it!! Just disgusted. Never got an apology for the wait, the disaster of the ordering process, or any of the mistakes. Just sent us on our way. Never will go to this location again! Honestly, I am more upset I even feel the need to write this long review so other Dunkin lovers don’t have the same encounter I did!!
**Edit: I will say though. This Dunkin when it first opened was great! So they have just gone downhill. They are hiring the wrong...
Read moreI hate this place! I sat in a line wrapped around the building for 45 minutes only to get to the speaker to be told that they didn't have food. The cashier laughed and stated that someone called the cops because their line was too long so they shut down the sandwich station to get the line moving. That is the dumbest solution I've ever heard...shut down the food prep...why not work faster, call in more staff, or at least put a sign out to let us know before we enter the line! The building is set up horribly so once you are in the line you are stuck. The last time I went there, it was 2pm, and the line was wrapped, I get to the speaker and they have no food. This time it was because they shut down the sandwich station to change shifts and the next shift was not there. What?! Who stops making food to change shifts?! I worked at McDonald's for years as a teenager and we never stopped making food while we waited for our replacement. This place needs better management because it's horrible. Don't waste your time in that long line for nothing. I learned my lesson, I'd rather travel a few extra minutes to the other Dunkin...
