I had the worse customer service ever. I called this place 9 times. I waited on the phone for 49 minutes to place a take out order. My mac and cheese was not in my bag, the young lady left it on the counter only for the Supervisor that was working there to find it. The brussell sprouts were very small. The young lady did not ask if I wanted steak sauce. The worse of it all, I found my utensils that was wrapped in plastic sitting on top of my steak. When I spoke to Bob, the manager today, he told me that he did not believe his staff would do that. Helloooo, I have nothing to gain by stating the utensils was right on top of my steak. On top of my food!!! Not in the bag. He did not believe me. This is very discouraging. I have never ate from any Longhorn Steakhouse. I was not pleased with the customer service. I have been trying to order my food for 49 minutes only to walk in and see three young ladies chatting away as soon as I walked in. The young lady that I paid for the food to grabbed my money, gave me the bag only to walk away to the back with an attitude and NEVER came back. She just left and I had to ask one of the ladies to call the manager. Since Bob did not believe me, I asked that he review the video because someone messed up and put my utensils inside the plate on top of my food. I am highly disgusted with the customer service that I received last night. This will be my last time...

I had a disappointing experience at this LongHorn location. My friend, who is visiting from Brazil, ordered a 20 oz bone-in ribeye medium. When the steak arrived, it was heavily charred on the outside, with a strong bitter burnt taste that made it inedible. He tried to eat it, but couldn’t get past the burnt flavor.
We politely explained the issue to the server, who then spoke with the manager. Instead of offering to remake the steak properly, the manager said it couldn’t be cooked differently because it had a bone. That made no sense — it’s a steakhouse, cooking bone-in cuts is standard.
My friend decided to switch to a different cut without the bone. But then the manager said that since he had “eaten some” of the first steak, they would charge him for both. And they did — we were charged for two entrées even though one of them was not acceptable due to poor preparation.
This is terrible customer service. A guest shouldn’t be punished for sending back a dish that was clearly overcooked and burnt. We won’t be coming back to this location, and I hope management learns to handle situations like this with more professionalism...
Read moreI tried!! Sat. March 15, 6:45pm. Went in as plan B, noticed a lot of people, now! I have no clue as to why there was so many people standing and going in when I saw at least 5 empty tables.
I thought, well, I'll try the bar, but where is the bar? This is my first time here, well! I asked the "hostess" is the bar opened?...and with a soft but clearly depressed, and bad "attitude" replied "I don't know, but you can check". Really???!!! 1st time here........
Didn't tell me where the bar was, so I wondered in and saw it was quite packed, two big tall tables are empty asked the kid that was cleaning if I could sit and he plied "no".....so I walk out.
I was going to ask for a table and wait, but nah! I make enough to know not to eat in HOODbridge, this city may have a couple of "decent" places to eat, but the people these establishments hire?
For good food and certainly way better SERVICE? Texas De Brazil is a vastly superior place. My first visit here was amazing, and since 2007 I've visited this place well over 100x.
LongHorn, start paying attention at the people you hire. If they can't handle their attitude and being rude? Google The Knife and see...
