I feel this location has always been a let down. Some if not most of their employees don’t have the best attitude or customer service. More than once we have received other people’s orders, wrong drinks, nasty drinks and drinks that are suppose to be hot were cold as if it had been sitting out for some time. Now with all the time changing due to the pandemic they are very strict with their closing. Twice I have waited in line 30-40 minutes just to be the second or third car from entering the drive thru and they will come out with cones and a sign and mark off the drive thru. It doesn’t matter how long you have waited in such a long line or how slow they are moving the line they will cut you off and you will leave empty handed. I too work in the food industry. Matter of fact I deliver to peoples door steps during this pandemic so I understand the demand and frustration of working through these times however the way they cut people off is bad business. There is a better way than having people waste 30 minutes to an hour in line for nothing. UPDATE: Two years later and nothing has changed. They didn’t communicate with me that they didn’t have an ingredient for my drink and made it anyway. When I tasted it, it tasted off. I asked and only then did they tell me and offered to make me something else. I substituted the missing ingredient instead as I usually would and the second drink didn’t even taste anything like it’s suppose to. The man at the window literally told me, “I don’t know. Read moreI came through the drive thru at 9pm, order my 2 drinks- peppermint mocha and ice caramel macchiato. Cashier was very nice but my order was made wrong. I pulled back around to do a remake and the young lady told me that it was ok and that she wasn’t able to take the drink back so to policy. Then another employee named winter came to the window and ask “why do we need to remake ur drink” I told her that I order it with oat milk. Then she proceeded to tell me “you mean OAT milk and spelled it out” after I confirmed that that’s what I have said. She proceeds to ask me for the drink that was made wrong back. I told her I already had dumbed it after I showed it to the first young lady, then she asked for the cup back and I told her I had already threw it in the trash bag inside my car and I asked her if she wanted the empty cup back that was already in the TRASH. She took the empty cup through the window. This is obviously against the policy to take any trash through the window. After this she SLAMMEDDD THE WINDOW. Honestly, I never really had an issue with this location but this was a bit extreme for her to act like this with a customer. I hope she does not keep treating customer with this...
Read moreI have been coming to this Starbucks since it opened. The staff use to be so nice, fun and welcoming. It was so awesome that I came nearly everyday. In the past couple of months things have really changed. They have new staff who are not friendly. Even today I saw the person at the window accidentally give my drink to the car in front of me and they handed it back to her. When I came to the window I asked her did she accidentally give my drink to the car in front of me. She lied and said no. I asked again and added that due to COVID I didn’t want my drink to be handled by others she lied again. I know it is Starbucks policy to not take drinks back or even give it to another patron, but she still lied. It was really frustrating. I won’t be coming back to this one.
