Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Stevens

While I really love the pizza it's a shame some of the employees can't add or subtract , my order came to $13.21, I handed the girl a $20 as I stated " I have a quarter" she took the quarter ,stood there a few seconds before turning to ask a coworker what was 25 from 97 , he did not know and he ask her why she needed to know , her reply, he gave me a quarter after I rang up the $20 he gave me . I interjected "it's simple, you take the 21 out of the quarter and 13 out of the 20, from the look on her face you could tell she did not understand , up comes a third employee to ask her what was going on , her reply again was, he gave me a quarter after I had rang up the $20 , he started to look things over at which point I asked " what is so hard about subtracting $13.21 from 20.25, I said 21 from 25 leaves 4 and 13 from 20 leaves 7 so my change should be $7.04 and to check yourself to make sure that amount is right just add the $7.04 to $13.21 and you'll get $20.25 . Don't get me wrong I love there pizza but I called in my pizza at 8:10 told you that I am on my way for about 30-40 min away coming home from work so I told you that I'm gonna be there late then when your 10-15min till close you lock your doors and say your closed when I see my pizza on the rack, why a joke how about you close when your suppose to I get that if I called a pizza in that late they wouldn't be able to do it but when it's not 9pm when you said I had to be there before and your not gonna let me just pay for the pizza you already have made. Just cause you want to get home 5 min earlier is lazy and bull. But other then this poor showmanship of customer service...

I went to grab a "fresh" pizza on my way home after a long day at work. I had never visited this business prior to this evening. I went in the young GAL behind the counter took my order, took a phone order and then went to put her gloves on, dropping one in the hand wash sink she clearly did not use... I asked her politely if she could please wash her hands before making my pizza. She snaps back at me and says, I'm not making your pizza he is.
