Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lake Stevens

The pizza is at best okay. It's Pizza Hut after all. It'll do in a pinch, but not this time. I ordered with the app for curbside pickup, and checked in with the confirmation email. It told me to just wait, and someone would bring me my food. After about 20 minutes, I pulled up the app to see where things were at. I hit the check in button there just in case, and I get instructions to call when I arrive. After 5 minutes on hold, someone answers and tells me my food will be out shortly. 40 minutes and several concerned calls from my wife later (all the while watching people pull up, walk in, walk out with pizza, and drive away), I call again and the person hangs up on me. I call a second time, and after spending a few minutes on hold, someone answers. I start to explain my situation, and they say they'll transfer me to the store. Why was I talking to someone not at Pizza Hut, and why did they try to take my order if they weren't there? Who knows? A brief hold later, I'm connected with the same person that told me my food would be right out. She was extremely apologetic, apparently under the impression that my food already went out. She took me my food which I guess was just sitting in the warmer for an hour while I waited, and she credited my account for $30. Now 9:00, I took my leathery pizza and soggy wings back to my wife. I have been a fairly regular customer for last 2 years at the Lake Stevens Pizza Hut, and a good tipper as well. Tonight 3/26/2022 I TRIED to order online - what a joke that B.S. is ! I tried to call and order first for delivery but you get a " Call Center ", so I hung up and just drove to this Lake Stevens store to place my order. I am agitated already by being unsuccessful at my already made attempts of trying to order my pizza. I walk in to store and a minute later another couple walk in behind me. When it was my turn I turned around and asked couple behind me if they were placing an order or picking up. They said picking up so I let them go ahead of me. When it was MY TURN again, the female at counter TOTALLY over looked me as I approached, to service customer BEHIND ME !!!!!!! I was absolutely LIVID !!!!! THIS is the kind of service you get anymore and get use to it people, it is now a common place occurrence !!! I FINALLY was acknowledged but I told this young woman I have been a customer frequently for awhile but you have lost my patronage for life !!!!!!!! This was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, on-line, on the phone AND in person by Pizza Hut !!!!!!! Im DONE with Pizza Hut. I went to Papa Murphys and got a wonderful pizza for HALF THE PRICE as well !! I had always enjoyed going to Pizza Hut at home in Indiana. When I moved out to Washington, it was like seeing a friendly face, but it turned out to be more like a slap in the face. The lady who took my order was very nice oh, and she told me it'd be about 15 minutes. I went back out to my car to wait a half an hour later Tama I called the number to find out where my order was and he said as soon as it's ready we'll bring it out to you and I said I've already ordered and it's been over half an hour. They finally brought my order out and I could tell that it had been sitting for a little bit oh, my pizza was cold oh, and I had ordered cinnamon sticks but I got the Cinnabon rolls which I didn't want.
