It’s about 7PM, Tonight and there is quite the line in the drive thru. Can’t go inside as all doors are locked - ok, will roll with it. Wait the 20 minutes in line to order (ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget, Dave’s double, 2 large fries, a large root beer and 2 chocolate frosties). Get to the first window, pay, and drive to second window. The manager (badge said manager, but I can’t remember her name. she had pink hair) asked me what my order was. Once repeated, she realized they had given my order to the car in front of me. Ok, mistakes happen. So I’m sitting there listening to her coach her team. She was calm and collected, which I appreciated. She politely pushed her team to remake the order, so more waiting. Ok, I’ll deal with it, no problem. So they hand me my bags and she tells me they made extra burger for me. GREAT! All seems well. I start to drive away and then realize that they had forgot the chicken nuggets for my daughter. As I previously mentioned, doors are all locked, so my only option was to walk back to the drive thru window and let them know. So I did, and they brought me out the 10 piece nugget quickly. Read moreIf I could give it a zero star I would... The Friday night crew needs to be addressed. Drive thru had 4 cars sitting in line waiting for 30 minutes, maybe longer. 2 customers inside waited just as long. I watched drive thru customers pull over and walk in because of missing items. All while, 5-6 employee's stood around laughing, joking with each other, and even making fun of a customer that walked in...really? What are you 10 years old? Instead of "working" they continued to not give a damn even after customers complained. To the supervisor or whoever runs this place, this is for you: Since your employees aren't busy enough, might I suggest having them mop the liquid that was spilt all over the floor so you could avoid a lawsuit? Or maybe turn on whatever your chili is being warmed in so it's not COLD?...just a thought. If your night manager was working on 10/26/18 around 8:45pm you might want to evaluate their position along with the employees. Heck, maybe get a video playback from your cameras and take a look for yourself what's going down in this...

It’s more difficult to swap my daves with a baconator While during the day shift, the food is good and the service is respectful, the night shift is sloppily made and the staff is unprofessional as hell. The girl on the intercom is abrasive and impatient while the girl at the windows is insanely unprofessional. I understand fully that this is a first job for most but both females are old enough to know better than to act like they have better things to do. If they did they wouldn’t be working the night shift at a Wendy’s drive thru, no offense. The y see that I’m trying to put my card back in my wallet yet try to force me to take my drinks because they can’t wait two seconds while I secure it.
