I've been coming to this DD since it opened in this new location. So I've had enough time to experience the service and give a thorough review. The good: the coffee has tasted consistently good every time I order; the staff is nice, orders are usually correct & completed quickly; the location is very close to my home. The bad: the parking lot is small, getting in & out of drive thru is challenging bc the space is narrow & Cicero Ave is always so busy. The staff are very young & need more training on details of customer service. They are nice, but do not greet customers or say 'Have a nice day.' The cashiers often don't give customers their receipts. Staff don't call out order # when drinks are ready. Staff never asks if customer wants whipped cream with their latte. Don't assume we don't, always ask. Those little things make a big difference! Staff sometimes using their cell phones. Staff seems to prioritize drive thru orders over walk in orders. I've seen staff take several drive thru orders & make those drinks, before making my walk in drink even if I was there 1st. That is NOT ok! Just because a customer walks in does not mean they are not in as much of a hurry as the person in their car. I once ordered hashbrowns & asked if there was ketchup in the bag, the girl said yes. Looked in the bag after I left and no ketchup! There is no need to lie! There are often FLIES on the donuts! Staff do not seem to care. I pointed it out once, and the employee simply swatted the fly away, did not throw away the donut until I encouraged her to do so. They need to put a door on the donut case to keep insects out. Read moreI went and placed my order at the drive thru one of my item was a bacon egg and cheese croissant WITHOUT CHEESE…. I get home and the sandwiches is not what I ordered ( picture ) i called and spoke to a girl who i informed of this error she told me i was able to pick up a brand new sandwich however i told her i was unable right away because i had to go i to work if later on that day was ok. She responded with yes “ILL LEAVE A NOTE WITH YOUR NAME ON IT FOR THEN TO MAKE IT WHEN YOU COME BACK “. I went back later that night and told them of the situation and was told they had no note or knew anything of it , yesenia was very polite about telling me this information, at this point its not about the 5$ the sandwich cost. Read moreI'm angry at Dunkin' Donuts.. at 7:05 pm in the B terminal I was at their kiosk. There one solitary employee to work the sales a counter AND make the coffee. The line is never ending and long... the girl was HUSTLING and smiling. She had an AWESOME attitude and I felt very bad for her. SHAME on you Dunkin' for allowing this it is unnecessary and abusive. To top it all off when I paid for my donuts there was no method for giving her any kind of a tip, I was tipping other people at the airport so it must be you and not them. The only reason why I give one star for atmosphere because I wanted to get your attention I don't wanna harm the young lady working behind the counter. She did a great job she was hustling and smiling the whole time. Shame... are your supervisors managers so lazy they can't come in and help...
