I understand there’s always some risk of cross-contamination when eating out that’s part of having a wheat allergy. But this was just careless and honestly kind of ignorant. My food originally came out on a regular bun, and that’s when I realized I forgot to tell them to make it gluten-free. I let the staff know I had an allergy and asked for a fresh burger. Instead, they just took the bun off and handed me the same one back… I saw the same bag go back in and come right back out, and the cheese was still stuck to the bottom of the box because they just tossed it back in. I called to speak with a manager and got put on hold like I was being transferred to corporate but honestly, i think she was just Googling what gluten is. She told me there was “no way” that could’ve happened because bringing food back into the kitchen would “contaminate” ((( <— which she couldn’t even pronounce no offense she was a nice girl))) the rest of the food… but that’s literally what happened????????? I could tell the conversation wasn’t going anywhere so I ended the call. This could’ve made me seriously sick. I didn’t eat the food and I won’t be back. If you advertise as gluten-friendly, everyone should understand what that means. I included pictures so you can see the grease stains from the bun and how the food was placed and it came back in the original bag with the original ticket showing how I forgot to mention the allergy. I wish I could’ve got a refund since I couldn’t eat my meal.

I was there Yesterday 5/18 took my employees there because our regular ice-cream place was closed. The person at the counter that took our order was the perfect example to show my workers that a rude service pushes custermer away. We felt not welcomed. There were at least 15 employee just leaning against something no one say anything. When we order the cashiers face was horrible service not good. We changed our mind on a ice-cream and she was super upset to delete and change the order. And still got it wrong. But for me worked out perfect. I'm sure they heard me telling my employees that how a customer feels when you get that service. Now we are on the other side of the counter. Learn. Will I go back probably not.

I recently visited Culver's and had an amazing experience! The service was great and the food was even better. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the frozen custard was out of this world. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Culver's to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a great dining experience.

This place is awesome. I have been here 3 times and every time I am amazed. Amazing, very polite staff. Amazing atmosphere and it’s always just a welcoming environment. Amazing food, it’s always fresh and the teams attitudes are amazing they always have a very welcoming demeanor they always double check to ensure everything is right. I was there with my family dining in and one of the employees I couldn’t recall her name walked up and gave us a free milkshake because they accidentally made an extra one. After we were done eating another young lady by the name of Vianca came up and asked if we needed help with anything. We told her we were ok. She then offered to clear our garbage from the table and asked if we needed any boxes. Like I said this place is just amazing definitely will...
