McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Township

Gave it a one because there are no -5 rating but it’s definitely a -5 got a fish fillet and the cheese on the fillet look like the cheese from the movie a diary of a wimpy kid I didn’t even want to touch the cheese! Brought it back in for an exchange the manager wants to give me an attitude because I told her the fillet look like it’s been sitting around for six hours and the cheese is dry that it looks like it’s been hanging around outside on the floor for about six days so she snatches it from my hand orders another one and the set of saying I’m sorry maybe this one will be better When the sandwich comes up she throws it on the counter and walks away!! McDonald’s if you’re wondering why your sales are declining it’s because were kind of getting fed up with getting messed up food and have it to eat it with the person who service to us given us an attitude when I got my second sandwich I just looked at it and threw it in the garbage because it was a little better than the first But I just didn’t even wanna deal with it no more I just told myself I’ll never come back here again I’m like I tell everybody McDonald’s sucks. Their managers I have no idea where they got their customer service training from but I get better service let me correct that I would think because I don’t smoke that you will get better service from Joe Willy in the corner selling cigarettes then you will at this McDonald’s and the manager they need to fire her because she just got too much going on I lease demote her because she was working on the fries in my freezer burned she sits no time I was just looking at her you’re just in there just looking at the fries the reason they have a timer so they won’t keep her but I can pretty much tell she’s not the type of person that follows rules she just makes him up as she goes along she was in her early 20s and it look like her boyfriend problem Probably...

I went there around 9:20 p.m through the drive-thru to get a double fish fillet meal with extra tartar sauce and a caramel sundae so I checked my food before I left the drive-thru window the fish was cold with a piece of cold cheese in the middle of it with no extra tartar sauce so I asked the young lady could I get a fresh sandwich with extra tartar sauce please so they told me to pull into slot 1 and they will bring it out tell me why they just put extra tartar sauce on the same fish sandwich and just heated the fish sandwich up bout time they was done the fries was cold and the sundae had melted I could not eat that I was so mad if you look at it you can tell it was heated up after they put the tartar sauce on it

Worst food ever once again just look at the pics of the food never never never going back again no three times you out two for me I never in my life saying a quarter pounder look the french fries you can tell that they have been sitting under the warmer for a minute fish sandwich called the cheese wasn't even melted on it you can see all that food have been cooked and just been sitting in warmers all this food going in the got damn garbage...

I've been here plenty of times; but today the level of service hit a new low. I made order of 2 sundaes and 1 med. Iced coffee. An extremely simple order. I don't know if it was because I'm Hispanic or what, but the 3 African- American female employees that were up front attending customers-- all of the sudden left after 6 minutes from placing my order. I was waiting and waiting and nothing. Then I finally asked a male hispanic as to was going on with my order. He was nice to help and he the only one up front AND tending the orders. It took him about 2 minutes and 30 seconds to serve me my order. What's going on in this McDonald's location ?? A poorly performing location should be closed or with completely new management and employees to weed-out the bad ones. I don't know if was some sort of racism against Hispanics or what. I've been living in this neighborhood for a month and a half. This neighborhood is VERY diverse. With African- Americans living side by side with Hispanics and even to some Europeans as well. I need answers from management from this location. Employees of McDonald's shouldn't be behaving like this. Maybe the employees should...
