We got the coconut matcha and the banana bread matcha. We had to throw both out but for different reasons.
Coconut matcha: the recommended sweetness was 70% which we got. The drink had no sweetness at all. It tasted like the last drops of matcha diluted with the melted ice in your cup. Matcha and ice water.
Banana bread: the overall taste was fine. However they give you a piece of banana bread… inside the drink. They should give it to you on the side. Why? Because after about 10-15 minutes the banana bread dissolves and changes the texture of your matcha. It ends up feeling like you’re drinking curdled milk.
Also at these prices, the size of the drinks doesn’t make for a good value...

They were able to explain everything well and offer some good suggestions to try, when I was having trouble deciding on which of the many different delicious sounding options to try. I decided on a strawberry matcha latte at 70% sweetness (their recommended sweetness level). It had a great flavor and the sweetness level worked well. I'd definitely get it again. I ended up going Chazui tea tower since everything else is close on Mondays at least the Asian restaurant here. As for the tea I ordered it was ok. Don't expect this place to be like a Starbucks.
