I was trying to order a $5 meal deal and as I was paying the card I used decline , so I opted to use another card , I didn’t even make it to my wallet to get my other card out before I heard my ordered being called out already , which stunned me at how fast that service would have been but also made me question , are they serving burgers that are sitting around. When questioned the employee responded that they are constantly busy and are always making food but what if I want my food fresh without certain toppings , I’m sure that they don’t just have cheeseburgers with no onions just sitting around. So I asked for a new order freshly made, and I was faced with some difficulty by the staff. After a little back-and-forth, she finally decided to remake my order. I decided to go to the reviews and see what was going on in the store and seen a few people complain lately. Now this is a very long review and it took me a while to think about what I was gonna say but they literally made me wait around nine minutes for my food when she just said that they were busy and constantly making food so why did I have to wait extra? I’ll tell you why for complaining. So this is how they treat their customers if you complain you’re gonna deal with their feelings and how they feel that’s not professional. All I want was fresh food. I’m sure I was about to be given a cheeseburger that was sitting around and some french fries they were already stale. This makes me think that they look at their customers to decide how to treat them or even give them products that have been sitting around that maybe somebody ordered before and didn’t want. I am mainly writing this review before yesterday's incident is misconstrued. My husband and I were in line waiting to order for about 5-7 minutes. We didn't think much of it till we realized that the customer up front was having issues. There was an apparent mix-up on his order. Claims to have waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, no receipt was given. If I'm not mistaken, Jose, one of the managers on the floor, handled the situation the best way he could. He offered the man anything off of the menu to help defuse the situation. He continued to give the poor man a hard time. He got his new order and left. He then comes back in the middle of us ordering, and proceeds to harass the manager with taking pictures despite Jose saying that he did not give the man permission to do. The customer reached over the counter as much as he could to take a "better" picture as if he couldn't have simply used the zoom feature. Well. Little did the customer know that it was Jose's first day at the location so there was probably a 99% chance that not even he knew what was going. Whatever the case may be, this man ended up leaving his 5 year old (grand) daughter in the car to make a big deal at McDonald's. I will finally add that we did we were not aware until we noticed the mans body language. Jose remained calm and polite throughout the whole ordeal.

When I got to the first window I can hardly hear when she was repeating my order I told her yes that is my order Hoping she had mentioned my order correctly and she charged me when I moved onto the second window they were handing me the wrong meal I gave no kind of attitude I just told her that’s not what I ordered the girl on the second window did not even say give me a second or I’m sorry I will be right back she looked at me and close the window she comes back with the girl in the first window and they both give me attitude that I had agreed to my order they kept saying “did you not agree didn’t you say that was your order that’s why I charge you didn’t you say that” so I was charged for the wrong order I asked the girl nicely after she gave me my correct order what was the difference that I had paid on my card ,with an attitude she told me aggressively”hold on that’s what I’m trying to figure out” I honestly do not appreciate the customer service that I received here. By the description of both employees there one of them was possibly older woman with short hair asian and the second one young Hispanic with glasses.
