Output Lounge & Sports Bar (Wrigleyville) — Restaurant in Lake View Township

I came here a few nights ago for a quick, easy meal. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. The folks there were nice enough, although that’s where any compliments end. The pricing was unclear on a lot of items, and we were severely overcharged during our stay. We were told fries came with our food (on the side) although each of us had to pay $8 for a full appetizer size side of French fries, as well as insanely over portioned on our food generally. I ordered the 6 wings and got 9?? We had to throw away a whole order of fries essentially, 4 jalapeño poppers, 4 wings and half a wrap. Overcharged, over portioned and under informed.

Complete waste of food, and for a quick place to grab wings and fries I ended up paying $50. Absolutely unacceptable, and I cannot account for what was going on in the kitchen, but for 2 meals our food took a solid half hour in an empty restaurant. Both my friend and I left here and were sick within the hour. I had hoped for this place, but if you want chicken and fries safe yourself the hassle and money, and just go to Raising Canes down the road.

High Output wing sauce is absolute S-Tier it's right on that perfect curve of heat while still having amazing flavor. The bone in and boneless wings are both absolute fire. I was surprised with the quality of the boneless wings - they're more like mini chicken tenders, while at most places they are usually sorta processed tasting. Both times dining in I've had Alyssa as our bartender and server and she's absolute dynamite!

Only con I can really think of is - I've gone multiple times with the cravings and they're just randomly closed - all lights off, when they should be open. This has only been during weekdays and with the current economy and employment shortages it's understandable. I just make sure I call...

I called to place a order to go at 5:35pm. The Hours are listed for this location to open at 5pm. One employee answered and explained that they don’t open until 6. When I explained that this is the second time I’ve tried to patronize their establishment and their hours are listed incorrectly. She explained that she knew and it’s listed that way on both google and there Facebook page. I left under the impression that she didn’t care and that they have no intention of correcting this error.
