I had the worst experience at this establishment. The employees are rude and completely inconsiderate of other people’s time. We ordered pizza and 3 sets of wings and waited almost an hour. We were told it was a 5-10 minute wait. We arrived when it was still sunny and it was dark outside as we were leaving. When we asked why the order was taking so long the employees started to HECKEL us. I’ve never been so uncomfortable in a restaurant. These men do not know how to run a business or make females feel comfortable in a restaurant. I’ve never had a set of restaurant employees make me feel so unwelcome or be so incredibly RUDE to me. Save yourself the time and money and NEVER stop at this establishment.

Edit: the wings are nothing special. An hour wait for sub par wings. Again, do yourself the favor and don’t waist your time. This was a special evening for my sister as we were celebrating her 25th birthday. Not the way to start out such an important night, Si-Pie.

Second edit: I feel like it goes without saying that I feel passionately as I am editing my post for the second time. Your employees’ treatment of both myself and my friends was inexcusable. Market place is not a reason to treat people poorly. Again, I do not advocate for posting negative reviews of restaurants unless absolutely necessary. How I was treated was next to inhumane. I’m still so mad to be HECKLED AND TREATED POORLY BY THESE MEN. Do not buy anything from a place that would go out of their way to treat 5...

I love going to eat, especially going out with my girlfriends and supporting small businesses. Unfortunately, this is not a small business I can recommend. Out of the 5 people I was with 3 of us ordered their boneless wings and they took about 45 minutes for our wings to be ready. We watched multiple people get served their food and finish eating before our wings were even started. I would normally look past that because, again, we love supporting small businesses and are aware they might not have the staff to support the wave of crowds. What I will not accept or excuse is the treatment of my friends as they ask for an ETA when the food will be ready because we had plans to attend my friend’s surprise birthday party. I watched a grown man double my friend’s age heckle and bully them for wanting an update on when their food would be ready after tripling the wait time promised. This is inexcusable. There is no reason to be such a bully to a group of young women. This man should not be allowed to service people, let alone young women. I wish this was not the case because no one deserves to be treated like that. The wings weren’t even that great to wait that long or to be treated that way for. They also got one of the wing orders wrong and then harassed US for the mistake. I would never recommend going to this establishment unless you’re on the brink of starvation, this was the only place available, and you’re open to older men...

Scammed! Ordered from the Broadway store via the App for pickup last Sunday during regular hours. When I arrived (2:30pm), the store was dark and no one was there. No note on the door to explain or anyone answering the phone. People walking by said Simon (owner?) was a really nice guy and all but that hasn’t stopped him from charging my credit card despite not receiving a pizza. Tried calling multiple times and leaving messages but he never picks up or calls back. I like supporting small businesses, but in this case I would have been better off ordering from Domino’s! Faster, more reliable and way cheaper for just as good pizza!

Update 12-1-24: The owner says he refunded the charge but after nearly two weeks, there is no credit to the account. Worse, records show the charge hit the account two days after the order. So, there was no effort to preempt the charge in the first place. You'd think if the owner didn't open the store on a particular day (no matter the reason) that a charge on that same day would be dismissed. Calls go unanswered/unreturned. Tired of wasting time on this sham. We're disputing the charge with the credit card company. In other words, everyone has to pay for this owner's inexcusable business practices. And, here I thought big corporations were...

This place is a scam. I ordered the Kabob pizza, expecting a medium pizza topped with gyro meat as expected in the advertised photo. But what I received is a regular pizza with easy-bake crust, topped with chopped beef. Absolutely NOT worth $35 for a freaking medium and the quality of ingredients. I was cool with the price for what I thought would be a high-quality specialty pizza, but this product is the equivalent of a budget frozen pizza from Jewel. My taste buds and wallet are insulted. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering from this place on UberEats

1000/10 This was absolutely worth the hour-long drive! The pizza here is incredible—the single slices are huge, fresh, and packed with flavor. What really stood out was the customer service. Simon, the owner was so kind and welcoming, not only to my friends and I but every person that walked in he interacted with them like family, making the experience even more special. This is hands down one of the best pizza places in Chicago. I can’t wait to come back!

$5 per slice 😱 I ordered a slice of cheese and pepperoni, which were pretty aged and under a heat lamp in the store. The cook explained that they sell two normal slices in a ā€œslice,ā€ and 8 normal slices in a pie. Fine with more food, but with math I ended up paying 300% markup per slice compared to just getting a whole pie (start at $12 for cheese). Totinos party pizza is cheaper and tastes betteršŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø
