Customer Service Server and bartender were very nice and were willing to give suggestions. Place was packed, yet the server did a great job in checking in with us, despite her being both the only bartender and one of the only two servers inside.

Food I got the Tequila lime chicken sandwich since it seems like it’s their speciality on their menu. It comes with a side and I choose sweet potato tater tots. Sandwich was average, and I personally wouldn’t order that again. The grilled chicken in the sandwich was very delicious. However, I think it lacked sauce, and although the focaccia bread was good, it was a bit soggy. Sweet potato tots were so good, please try them. My friend got the Chipotle BBQ Chicken Sandwich and THAT was the star of the show. Grilled chicken was amazing and the bbq sauce with the bacon and the cheddar with the crispy onion was just a really great combination. Came with a side of fries and I asked for a side of cheese - amazing. I’ll come here again for the Chipotle BBQ Chicken sandwich.

Drinks They have a long list of beers. My friend got a Guinness and a Modelo. The beer was a bit pricier compared to your average bar, and after leaving we realized they charges us $7 for the Modelo instead of the listed price of $5. I got a cucumber Moscow mule and it was very refreshing.

I have been a customer there for over 15 years, maybe twenty. Then they moved and now the service was excruciatingly slow. Went in for dinner and they were busy so I knew it would be slower service than usual but ended up being way beyond reasonable. Found a table, 5-10 minute wait for it to be cleaned off from the last party. Another 5 minutes before the menus arrived. Another 15 minutes before our order was taken. The incorrect order came out 30 minutes later without silverware or water being brought to the table. Another 5-7 minutes to flag someone, anyone to get a fork for the salad they dropped off...5 more minutes to correct the wrong order. Still no water after requesting it three times. Water finally arrived a full hour after we sat down. The waitress said they had a party in the other room that was causing all the delays. That's understandable, but you can only blame your customers so much before it becomes clear that mismanagement is the real problem. Finally, when the check arrived, I asked the waitress to stay by the table for two seconds so I could give her my card and pay because every time she walked away it would be at least 15 more minutes before she came back and we were already there for an hour and a half. The food was good but the management obviously needs to get their team together and coordinate operations. I am going to give them another shot in the next month or two and I will update. I hope they can work out the problems soon, otherwise there are plenty of other places to eat and drink...

GREAT FOOD & PRICES but horrible bartenders with a nasty attitude! Just came out of the place with my co-worker (we go a lot on Mondays) and when we sat at the bar, neither bartender (blonde Caucasian and the other one heavy set Asian) greeted us nor asked us if we wanted anything. After about nearly 15 minutes, I had to ask the bartender for the menu. They never ONCE came and asked us if we were doing okay, if we wanted anything else, but INSTEAD after giving out our order (which I had to call her over for again) they asked us if we wanted to open a tab or pay cash right up front. We said cash and they gave us the receipt immediately, which I'm not familiar with. I did not see not even 1 smile in their faces and their demeanor showed it all. At one point the Asian lady stared at me dead in the eyes like she was unpleasant with me. And I almost forgot to mention, they asked the people next to us who came after us if they wanted anything and served their food first. I am disappointed because I enjoy coming to this place but they really eff it up and they are a reflection of the business owner. They are ruining the business's reputation and made us uncomfortable. I really hope their boss disciplines them because sad to say, that was the worst experience I've ever had. I NEVER leave a PARAGRAPH review and that's how upset I am, that I just left them my 87¢ tip which they didn't...
