We decided to pick up this for dinner. The pretzel crust pizza was back, and my son liked it. So we ordered one of those, an order of regular crazy bread with marinara. My husband happened to see a picture on the menu with stuffed crazy bread (also one garlic butter sauce and one jalapeño cheese sauce cup, they were $1.30each, and they were pretty small), which in the photo looked like a pizza pocket, or at least it did crust-wise. Oh, and we tried the Twix cookie dough brownies. It was right at $30 after taxes. So service-wise, the food was ready a few minutes before the time the app had stated, so that was good; as for the pizza, it was pretty food, but the crust was very salty more than you'd expect even with the course Salt as you'd find on a baked pretzel, the regular crazy bread was average breadsticks, the stuffed crazy bread looked nothing like the photo what so ever it looked the same as the regular ones only had a cheese stick melted in the middle of it. The crust was the same doug, and it was not shaped like a pocket which in the picture it was. Their marinara sauce was not the best. It tasted like a salsa, almost more than a marinara does, and the jalapeño cheese sauce was very weird tasting. I don't know how to describe it; it tasted like fake nacho cheese and something pickled, similar to some vinegar taste. The brownies were pretty sweet, but they were tasty and one of the highlights of the whole meal. So all in all, they're not the worst food I've had, but not the best either. I probably won't make this a regular place, but I cannot say we would never eat there again at some point in the distant future. Also, the food was made when ordered and hot when we picked it up. The workers were quick and had our food done a bit early, so that was...
Read moreWorst customer service I have ever received. Walked in to order a couple of pizzas and cheese bread for family night. Stood by the counter the employee that was working the register looked at me and then pulled out her phone and started playing on it. I stood still waiting as she gave a couple of guys their pizzas and they left. A Hispanic lady came in stood by the windows for 2 seconds and the girl behind the counter immediately started helping her. After the lady ordered her pizza and sat down the girl looks at me once again and says did you need something? At this point I was not to pleased. I say to her are you finally ready to help me with a slight attitude to make it known I was happy with the service. She looks at me confused and is speechless. I say if so I would like to order some food if it's not to much of a problem. I start ordering my food and she waits until I finish to tell me I can't get cheese bread that the oven for it was broke. Keep in mind they use the same oven for the pizza how is it possible they can sell pizzas but not the cheese bread. No way will I ever give this place business again and have told all the people and family I know to no longer go there. It is ridiculous that a business would allow an employee to treat a customer different because...
Read moreI'm writing this review as i'm sitting at this location. I never thought i'd be writing a review on a little ceasers reviews. This location is by far the worst location i've ever been to. There was a lady who was already arguing with one of the girls bcuz she asked her to get napkins for her & blatenly was rude back to the lady. When the lady left, the workers started talking about her while myself & another customer were, as i thought, waiting for our pizza. saying things like "i'm sorry that lady was so rude to you" when in reality, she was just agitated. when you work in the customer service world you shut your mouth & don't say anything. i know what it's like bcuz i'm a server myself, but i can't go around being rude to customers bcuz YOU JUST DON'T do that. after all of this, i wait 6 min & one of my pizzas are ready while the other one "she forgot to drop" so i had to sit there & wait even longer. i get it, people forget things but then a couple of minutes later another girl said "oh i'm sorry, i forgot to drop more pepperoni". They need to have an adult working in there bcuz clearly 3 16 year old girls DON'T need to be running this store on their own ESPECIALLY on football Sundays. All in all, this was a...
