Hey foodies and fellow travelers, I recently visited the new Arby's that opened up near me a couple of years ago, hoping to rekindle some old food memories. Here's my honest review to help you avoid a less-than-stellar dining experience. First impressions were good – the interior was new, fresh, and clean, which had me feeling optimistic. I decided to try the Turkey Bacon Wrap with their special ranch. I was really looking forward to pairing it with their famous triangle-shaped potato cakes, but sadly, they no longer offer them. Major bummer! I also couldn't resist ordering a Jamocha Shake, thinking of the good old days. Unfortunately, the experience fell flat. The wrap was hard, dry, and stale in parts. While the turkey was moist, the bacon was rock-hard and unchewable. Definitely not something I'd recommend. As for the Jamocha Shake, it just didn't have the same flavor I remembered. In conclusion, Arby's won't be making it into my list of go-to dining spots. I genuinely wanted to recommend this place and become a repeat customer, but it's just not going to happen. Save your time and money, and consider other options. I do not recommend this restaurant. Safe travels and happy dining!

At this point was in drive thru for nearly 30 minutes and did not move at all. I pull out of drive thru to park and go in. No one is taking orders up front. I was Atleast 10 minutes before I ask someone who is going to take these peoples orders and girl bagging orders said “I don’t know” and she asked another coworker, I mentioned drive thru has not moved in a while also. The coworker said “don’t worry about them, work on orders” as she pointed to the line of people waiting. The girl was working on grub hub style orders. I left and a few people followed me. I get it, lines are long, not many people wanting to work although there were a lot of workers in the kitchen.. but the customer service could have been ALOT better.

I like Arby's, this one is new but sucks. First visit there was a cloth hair bundle on the bun, kinda gross but I just picked it off, fries were old too, employees were careless about giving service. Gave it a try again, curly fries were not fresh at all, again. The service was terrible, the girl acted miserable and that I was such an inconvenience. I am adding a picture of the menu so you can see the prices, etc. If you are brave enough to try and crave Arby's

There was a long line at the drive thru and we decided to order inside. We walked in to this chain the dining area was not that clean, crumbs on the table and floor. The line was long and the manager/staff screamed at the counter in front of the customers. The staff on the counter were all facing away from the customers and waiting to complete their order. I looked at the order screen, there were 3 pending orders from drive thru and 2 pending orders for dine in. There was a long line and yet they were ignoring the customers. The person in front of me finally said something and the staff are pointing at each other who would take the order. We can hear staff yelling at each other on the back and exchanging words on who's doing what and putting blame on each other. Staff were rude and Customers were walking out upset because of the quality of service. I ordered a shake and they gave me a 3/4 filled cup. Stated they ran out of medium cups and placed it in a large cup. The way the shake was presented didnot look appetizing. Gyros was sloppy and did not have much meat in it.The only thing we were happy about are the fries. We waited about 20 mins for our order the fact that this is a fast food chain. They seem to have adequate staff but they are fooling around in the back. Employees needs to be trained more and educated with work ethics and...

I contemplated leaving a review but feel it is needed. We went to Arbys as we have many times before, and just like every time before we had a terrible experience. Our original meal was rang up at full price even though there was a promotion, the cashier quickly updated it which was good. We had ordered extra cheese sauce which was not added to the order when corrected. We sat as our food was prepared. We were not notified by staff that our was ready, instead another guest let us know it was ready. As I grabbed our food I notice the cheese was missing. I then informed the cashier and he went to grab us a cheese sauce. He was notified by a team member in the kitchen area that he has to ring in the 50 cent cheese. The person in line ended up paying for it so he didn't have to cancel their order for 50 cents. A manager then came up and informed him next time to ring it up and they exchanged words, some explicit, and handed me the cheese sauce. Our food was cold and soggy as we ate, which we ate in the dining area that was dirty and looked like no one gave it any attention at all. The cashier seemed like he was under a lot of pressure as the managers casually walked around and conversated. I don't think I will ever return to this Arbys due to the numerous bad...
