Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Lakeland

It pains me to write this review because I have been eating at Beef's for years and I order their food through Bite Squad quite often. Tonight my roommate ordered our food and the order was not correct and my salad was missing the salad dressing. When my roommate called Beef's to inform them, they then blamed Bite Squad even though the order was correct through Bite Squad. The order was packaged wrong and when she tried to explain to the manager, it turned into a blame fest. Long story short, no one corrected their mistake and the manager refused to come back to the phone after we called back again to see if they were sending the dressing for the salad. I am very disappointed with what has transpired. I am a nurse and I could never treat a patient like we were treated after we spent our money at this establishment. Good customer service should be the staple in any business and I'm here to state that Beef's was missing that. I will not be ordering or returning to Beef's on...

Stopped in Saturday June 1 for lunch. Atmosphere was ok and restaurant was not too busy. We ordered shrimp tacos, shrimp bowl and the Cuban. Food was definitely mediocre my shrimp tacos and fries were tepid, my dads shrimp bowl was also tepid and very salty.my fiancé ordered the Cuban and not only was it tepid but so salty he had to remove the pork because it was inedible (he loves salt and typically salt’s everything). When we told our waiter he said yeah I had one earlier and it was really salty. Question; why would you not tell the customers it’s salty and let them decide BEFORE ordering. Maybe chef is a little heavy handed with salt needs to cut way back. We think order was ready for a while before bringing out to the table or possibly food was prepared earlier and plated late. Not sure what the problem was yesterday but a little disappointed with our food. We will try again but will be a little hesitant to reorder...

Ordered 10 Traditional wings and a Toasted Italian Sub. My main complaint is the wings, they came with a little sauce on 6 wings the other four had no sauce on them. I asked for additional sauce so they could all have sauce on them. The wings were huge and very tough and the sub was just ok. So why a one star it was because you charged me for the extra sauce that I got so all the wings would have sauce on them. That should have already been on all the wings. I said something to the waitress she said she agreed with us but she could"nt go against her boss. Maybe your employees are afraid for their jobs I don't know. I have been coming here since this place openned and was unhappy you no longer have the Watterson but I guess that was a business decesion may I'm the only one that ate them so I kept coming back but this is the thing that broke the camels back.
