Placed a order online to be delivered to North Lakeland Bealls on December 1st 2019, 8 days later called customer service number, waited over 45 min to talk to agent who said" you have to go to store if you have a question. Next day spoke to a rude man at store who said" part of your order is here, would not tell the items or give me a time frame when the order was arriving. Called the store the 16th asked to speak to manager about order, she said your order is here. Asked why a email was not sent, like I wad told would be sent, she had no answer. December 17th go to store to pick up order, only 4 or 5 pieces of merchandise had arrived. Told store I now only wanted 2 items a top and front door rug, and to cancel rest of order. They said they can't do that, put have already charged my credit card for $115.00 dollars and still do not have any idea when the order will arrive. Calling my Bealls credit card in the morning to try and straighten this mess up!! People in store very rude, no customer...

Oh and free gift wrapping 😁🤗" Today, 6/14/21, I would like to brag on the staff - particularly Dianna whose name tag said Customer Experience Manager. I started off by saying, I don't think you can help me but I have to ask. If you can't, I'll simply donate the item. I brought a purchase back without the box or sales receipt. Dianna went above and beyond to help me out. She found the same item on their shelf, recorded the lot/style number, entered it in on the sales register and presented me with a gift card in the full amount!!! I couldn't believe it. Now that's Customer Service! Thank you so much Dianna - it's just one more thing to love...
Read moreStarting off on a positive note, whoever is in charge of the thermostat deserves a raise. It was about 85 outside and every bit of 65 in that store, it felt amazing.
For the negative... Went shopping for mothers day gifts, got a new set of pots & pans, a couple pairs of shoes, some tervis cups, and a mug. Made my way up front, and stood at the register for every bit of 10 minutes. Zero employees could be seen anywhere, I walked around a little bit looking for someone then got frustrated and left. Couldn't pay for any of my stuff... so they lost out on a couple hundred dollar sale, left my cart up front. Ended up going over...
