Went twice, because I really wanted to like it, but I just can't go again. My kids LOVED it, they got the chocolate chip pancake and actually nothing seemed wrong with their meals. The 1se time I went I ordered over-medium eggs, which were still slightly runny in the middle. I also got blueberry waffles, which had raw dough in the middle. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were in a rush or maybe they had an inexperienced line cook that day, so I went back again because my kids liked it so much. The second time we went I noticed just how grungy the feel of the restaurant was, I also uses the bathroom this time and those restrooms are TINY! Not anything they can really help, but it makes it hard when you have to be in there with 2 little kids in tow with you. The waitress is what really put the cherry on top for me, sealing the deal that we won't be going back. I ordered an omelet this time, because I was afraid of getting runny eggs again. It came with your choice of 4 sides, one of which was fruit, so I went with that. The omelet really was good, no issues with that. The fruit was fine, small portion of it but whatever, the omelet was pretty filling on its own. When we went to pay they tried charging us for the fruit that came with it, not even an upcharge (which it didn't list the fruit as an upcharge, I know some restaurants have 'premium sides' that are a dollar or so more to 'upgrade' your side). It was like a $4 charge as a regular side of fruit. The waitress then proceeds to argue with my husband about what I ordered, I guess in the process also forgetting what she brought us, as she said I requested a side of fruit, to where we're like 'yeah, as our side to the entree' . Either she finally realized her mistake or she just didn't want to argue anymore because she finally took it off but yeah, definitely will NOT be recommending this...
Read moreI’ll still be going to IHOP, because my kid will never fuss over the food. But I will not be coming back to this one. Service was not good on any level. My sister and I came in with 4 kids (2 toddlers & 2 babies). We needed 2 high chairs and space for the car seats. Nope. 👎🏻 we were given one of those half booths, where on one side I was crammed with the car seat and my toddler had to sit on my lap. On the other side my sister and her toddler , and thankfully we got one sling for one car seat. There were other seating options that were not offered which I don’t see why, it was not during any rush. Host sat us with no menus, waitress came 10ish minutes after to get an order but realized we had no menus. Dropped them off and disappeared. Someone got sat behind us and was waited on within seconds. Our order was finally taken, food was dropped without a word. Usually you’re asked if all was good or anything else was needed… nope. Just disappeared again. Items were missing but waitress noticed when she brought the receipts. Asked if we still wanted them (after we’ve been done and waiting for the check for about 15 minutes) - or to remove it from the bill… 🙄 there were A LOT of workers present so I don’t understand why the service fell short.

Read moreWorst experience I’ve had so far at any restaurant! Our server’s name was swade. When he sat us at our table the table was sticky and disgusting. I asked him nicely to rewipe it and he told me that it was the spray that was sticky and if he rewipe it it would still be sticky.However I asked him to still rewipe it. He came back and only wiped half of the table off. So half of the table was still sticky and half was not. In the beginning we constantly said thank you he wouldn’t respond, a couple times he said “mhmmm”. Also we did not receive a refill once! He was not busy at all he had one 2 top table that were finished and were waiting on their check and then there was us. My younger sister and her friend were extremely thirsty because of the pancakes and he would not come to our table. Instead he stood in the kitchen and talked. After about 7 minutes went by he came and asked us did we want refills and we said yes and he said “all Waters right” and before we could answer And tell him we weren’t all drinking waters he walked off!
