KFC — Restaurant in Lakeland

Tonight(Sept. 24 around 830p & 9p) I went to the drive thru placed my order with sounds like the manager(only after speaking to her when I returned) I ordered 3pc combo dark and was charged for 4pc combo and I also ordered 4pc chicken only, got home to see that my 3pc combo was a 4pc and it was all white meat and my 4pc only was old and dark like the grease was old or something. I went back spoke to the manager which stated its not a big difference in price for a 3pc combo & 4pc so I said ok just replace it with dark meat and refund the 4pc chicken only bc it looked and smelled old. I get my replaced 4pc combo and look inside and it was only 3 pcs of chicken I asked her where is the 4th she said you only wanted a 3pc combo and I said yes but if you not refunded me for the 4pc then give me what I paid for and seem to be irritated and walked off to get the 1 pc she was missing in my order. If i could give them a negative star i would pulled up to the window to order my food they told me it would be three and a half minutes to get popcorn chicken I pull into the parking lot where they directed me I sat for over 20 minutes which is after closing I go back to the window just to find out not only will they not open the window and just keep telling me it's closed but then when they finally do it turns out they forgot about my order here it is over half an hour still waiting on my order to be cooked this is not the first time this has happened my family and I have been in the lobby ordered food sat for over an hour just to find out that they forgot about it and all they can do is say sorry my family and I will not be returning back to this restaurant I work in the food business and I think this is very very unprofessional and under no company standards is...

Food was good. Tasted fresh. Service was lacking, in particular one employee named Eli. We sat at a table next to the service counter but didn't hear anyone call our food for 25 minutes. We went to the counter to inquire and Eli started giving us a hard time saying "I've been calling and calling your number and no one came so we sent the food back." My husband said we didn't hear her since her voice was soft, but no problem can she please make us a new order. She then proceeded to yell at her co worker for not getting names. Why is she worried about getting names when they are not even calling names? And yelling at co workers in front of customers? Very unprofessional.
