The tenders were NOT normal chicken tenders--they were seriously larger than most chicken breast meat packages I've bought from the store. I literally weighed 1 of the 2 tenders I got in a 2 piece tender meal and it weighed nearly a pound by itself. The breading (I ordered fried) was ON POINT. It was crispy and amazing. If you order a tender from this place then I am warning you that it will ruin other places for you. You can't order tenders from Wingstop or anywhere else after getting them from here and think you are ordering even in the same dimension. -Texture was amazing. I tried it hot and cold (in fridge for few hours) and both were crispy and unique. -Meat inside the tenders was juicy without being rubbery at all and actually had flavor
Value for the money: 10 out of 5. Seriously. This is not a subjective rating. You are getting higher quality meat, higher quality breading, better and properly applied flavors, PROPER cooking and attention to detail (it is good hot/fresh, warm/waiting, and cold/out of fridge).
I'm the kind of person that won't order from a place if they don't have online ordering or delivery or anything that can limit my interaction with people but this place is worth that extra oof. I mean sure, it would be easier to order from somewhere that will drop it off at my door with zero interaction. But that's always gross and garbage. Sure you can get your money back but you're still doing that to yourself. Why though? I mean, do you really hate yourself so much and just want to be not hungry as soon as possible that you're willing to pay for the punishment of fast food when you can now just order online and pick stuff up from here? Why? Aren't you worth better? You're really worth better, just try this place, and you'll see.
edit a few hours later: I also ordered both desert options and made the mistake of giving the banana pudding one to my brother and took the cobbler one myself. I should have ignored my blood relations and shunned him and taken the pudding for myself. The cobbler was amazing but I could have had both that AND the banana pudding. Net loss but win?
edited to add: please add some sort of delivery. I would literally order every single day if you delivered. I want you inside of me...
Read moreThis was my first time at lovebirds and it was alright . I ordered citrus grilled chicken no spice , fries with cheese sauce ,mac n cheese,ty webber slushie (arnold palmer half lemonade and half sweet tea )and lastly banana pudding. The chicken was juicy although i didn't enjoy the seasoning it was bearable but not my taste, the fries were dry and salty but enjoyable with the cheese sauce , THE MACARONI WAS SOOOO GOOOD probably one of the best places to get macaroni . The ty webber slushi did not get served mixed together whic suprised me it took me a min to mix together it was very delicious lastly the banana pudding was topped with penut butter wich added more flavor it was good for restaurant pudding . I was also able to eat some of the salad, the vegetables were very fresh and delicious . Customer service was excellent except for when i first walked in a worker rudely told us to stand outside of the restaurant because it was full which I understand but the tone and the attitude did not sit right with me keep in mind this was my first time other than that the rest of the workers were very respectful . I sat outside and it was quite nice ,not too loud nor quiet and the noises from cars outside were just fine although i do have to mention that at the time i went was around 7 o'clock on a weekday and it was hard to find a parking space available we had to circle around the building a few times until someone left the parking lot , as for the atmosphere inside it was just not it for me the music was so loud i could barely hear my family members speaking to me and almost all the seats inside were taken, both inside and outside were a little cramped but it is a small restaurant anyway .The restaurant has very clean bathrooms .Overall the experience was just alright in my personal experience i definitely think that other people could enjoy this restaurant i do recommend coming with friends/family and...
Read moreMy wife and I are foodies! We eat out all the time and we are very particular about food quality and customer service standards. Being in the customer service field myself, my expectations of value and service are heightened to an almost unrealistic level. Since the day Lovebirds opened to the day I am writing this, the quality of the food and the customer service has been way above even my expectations. I particularly want to call out Katie the manager. Every time, my wife and I visit Lovebirds, she picks us out in the line and acknowledges that we are in the restaurant. Because my wife and I are known for particular special requests, she sees us walk in and immediately start preparing our order before we even get to the register. She never ever fails to greet us and come over to the table and say hello to us, making sure that quality of the food meet expectations and to thank us for being such a loyal customers. I used to think I was special, but I have come to find out Katie and her staff I like this with all their customers. They are truly a family owned business that puts a high value on your business and strives for perfection each and every time. Although the food is absolutely phenomenal, I would still come to this restaurant if the food was sub par because of the great service, we enjoy every time we walk in. If you have never experienced Lovebirds, do not let the wind scare you. They are a very well oiled machine inside and everybody knows and does their job, moving the line very quickly. You do not want to miss this place. Once you start, you can’t stop. Go see Katie and tell her Bob sent you 😊. To Leah, Jeremy, Katie, and the rest of the crew, thank you so much for treating my wife and I like we are new customers every time. See you...
