I don't recommend it.

It was kind of sad to go into the Lakeville store. I haven't been there in years, but when I did go more often this was a clean and efficiently run eatery. Management was older and more experienced, they always had the preppy kids from the local high schools with good manners and great training. It was a good place to go for a decent and inexpensive meal (especially when the kids were young).

We went here because we were in the area, and had recently noticed that the Apple Valley location had closed.

I must say it was a total and complete disappointment. Food was not good, restaurant felt like it was fairly empty, but the crowd that was there all seemed very un-kept and most lacked basic manners. The employees were mostly the same, a few were neatly uniformed and polite, while others looked like they may have been wearing the same outfit for a few days.

In general the facility was run down looking and lacked deep cleaning and some maintenance. My first stop was the bathroom to wash my hands, and there was no soap. Upon searching in the back I found someone who was aware and rushed to get it reinstalled, provided me with some soap in the meantime, but was going to put up a commercial soap dispenser with velcro tape.

It's sad that covid and the worker shortages have done this, but I have a feeling that if this establishment continues to be run in this manner, it won't be long until it...

Came in tonight around 8.

Have been here for all of 5 minutes to see the floors are dirty, hardly anywhere to sit because every table is dirty as well.

The freshest thing out currently is bread sticks and the girl at the counter is too busy texting on her phone to take care of anything let alone ring up a customer right away. My fiance even had to ask for a kid cup while holding our son.

Say hello, or goodbye to anyone? Nope. Just standing there texting.

This is by far the worst experience I've had here and it's a shame.

I overheard another girl with purple hair, complaining to the girl at the register about a family in the party room as well, and the girl on her phone just sat there shaking her head while still texting on her phone.

If I were management, I'd be looking to hire new staff immediately because it seems these girls can't be bothered with anyone and it seems you're just paying them to sit there and complain about guests, and sit on their phones.

Edit: come to find out after having to go up and order more pizza because everything is old and gross looking, purple hair is the manager of the front. Tried to go up and ask for the pizza from the girl on her phone, who guess what? Was still on her phone. What a shock right? She literally, when my fiance walked up there, sunk into the back to avoid him. 🤣 So he had to go up to purple hair and ask her.

We definitely won't be...

They advertise “gluten-sensitive” options. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE REMOTELY GLUTEN SENSITIVE! I think the food tastes great here, but we cannot go back ever again. My oldest daughter is 7, we ordered the gluten free combo for her. By the way, it’s $18 for maybe a 12” pizza. We spent nearly $100 for our family of 5. This was our first time ever going to a restaurant with my daughters gluten issues, so I was very happy when they said that they have gluten “sensitive” options. By the time we got home, she was in the bathroom sitting by the toilet. White as a sheet. We had just finally gotten her stomach issues under control and we are navigating this new way of life. I find it absolutely shocking that a gluten-“sensitive” pizza can cost that much and be completely contaminated with gluten. My home is not even gluten-free and yet I am able to keep her away from eating it. I did call the restaurant, and was not offered any type of compensation just a sincere apology. I understand that their kitchen contains gluten, and there’s no way to 100% guarantee that there isn’t any gluten that has ever touched the pizza. But my daughter is not celiac, she just has a severe sensitivity to gluten. For $18 I expect that pizza to absolutely not contain any gluten. Given her reaction, there’s absolutely no way that that pizza was...

Lot's of improvements since we were last here. They added booths, which we love! The booths are spacious, comfortable, and just the right height of the table. I'm short, and most restaurant booths are much too high. Of course, you can't beat the food. The chicken was so fresh and piping hot, juicy, and bursting with flavor. We had salad and some cheesy breadsticks. Pizza Ranch breadsticks have the perfect amount of spices on the cheese, not too cheesy, just right and crusty, but not hard to eat. Pizza Ranch is one of the only places my husband can make and enjoy a Rootbeer Float. The staff has always been traditionally younger school or college age and so polite and attentive. A used plate never sits at the edge for long waiting to be picked up, and they always ask if they can take it for, always making eye contact, smiling, and approachable. Just an all-around great experience for a couple or an entire family, and they have event rooms also. Just love this place. I wish we had one closer to us, but it's worth the short trip when we want a freah hot perfectly seasoned perfectly flavored pizza or an old-fashioned southern style chicken dinner that reminds me of my grandma in Kentucky. The price is excellent for an all you can eat buffet style meal. For two adults, the price was around $39.00, including tip.

Come here because we have kids, and that’s what they want. We have been here 4 times since January. The previous 3 times have been no so favorable as it wasn’t busy at all, so the choices were very lacking as well as product being left out for a long time… especially the dessert area. This past time we went it was busy as busy can be. This led to having a lot more choices that were fresh and for the first time in a year, got some decent cactus bread. However, because it was so busy… the place looked like a tornado had gone through it as hadn’t been tidied or cleaned for hours and the floors were disgustingly dirty. The workers were and have been friendly, but the not very accommodating when requests are made (like fresh pizzas). I understand that when it’s slow, you don’t want to make new stuff as it would inevitably go to waste. However, I pay the same price as if it were busy and freshness and supply matters. $80 for a family when there’s old pizza or limited supply suuuuuucks big time and we wish there was more consistency OR lower buffet prices if it’s slow.
