Went through the drive thru yesterday ... no cars in line so of course I was excited-Now I understand why!!! At least act like you care!!! I asked if they had triple cheeseburgers as I did not see it on the menu - she did not respond but I saw on the screen 1 single cheeseburger and 1 junior patty Of course as I am sitting there reading that - simple math along with common sense brought me to the conclusion that this was incorrect I am reading that as a double cheeseburger I then asked for a small Dr Pepper thinking maybe she'll change it No change - I asked "Not that I am complaining but are you sure you charged me right?" she huffed and said hold on She said "Ya, a triple cheeseburger and a small Dr pepper." I thought cool what a bargain ... pulled up to the second window as requested The woman slammed window open and I gave her my credit card She slammed the window closed Slammed window open again and gave me my credit card back with no receipt She then swung a small bag at me and said "there ya go" and slammed the window shut then walked away I sat there waiting Still waiting Watching 3 to 4 gals chatting (I assume) in the doorway of an office I finally locked eyes with one of the girls and I waved my arm in hopes of getting assistance since I was still waiting for my drink She looked away and continued to talk with the others A few minutes later she looked again and I waved again She then motioned to the lady and pointed to me showing her I was requesting assistance She slams the window open and I said "I think you forgot my drink-I haven't gotten it yet" She looks behind her at the soda fountain machine which had my cup of soda poured and sitting awaiting a lid. As she hands me the drink she says "ya shoulda beeped your horn" WAIT WHAT?!?! How about, Oh I'm sorry GEEZ!!! It's not my fault I was sitting and trying to patiently wait How was I supposed to know you forgot?!? Back to what really set me off - I opened the wrapper and guess what? Read moreWent through the drive thru at 230 Sunday, December 2nd... I think. Might be the 3rd. Either way, Jamie who was working the drive thru window is incredible. I, myself had just gotten off of work & it's late, it's cold & Jamie was warm, inviting, kind & professional. We spoke while my onion rings were cooking & she certainly did not have to stand at the window while it's cold out to talk to me. She informed me the hours are changing & if anyone from corporate does happen to see this, know that Jamie went above & beyond tonight with me. She made me feel welcome & appreciated while standing in that window & it is COLD out. I will be back again to order soon because of her hospitality because it would have been just as easy for her to tell me , one moment, shut the drive thru windows & bring me my food when it was done. Her customer service & professionalism is outstanding & she deserves to be recognized for that. I know these reviews don't often end up with people getting a raise but Jamie deserves one. That's a long shift & it was cold & late & she made me feel like I was right at home & had my order correct & in a timely manner without ever making me feel rushed. Read moreabsolute garbage establishment. we ordered online and our driver gets there only to be told that the order had already been picked up yet our driver obviously had not gotten it meaning they didn’t feel like making it or they gave it to someone without confirmation. then proceeded to refuse to remake it until they heard from doordash instead (rather then our driver?) and then when doordash attempted to call them they didn’t answer the phone. honestly garbage service garbage place do not buy from here guessing its ran by poorly raised teenagers who have zero empathy or morals for anyone. this is extremely frustrating especially considering this isn’t the first time we’ve ran into issues with our orders they constantly mess up or “forget” multiple items..normally drinks and sides of fries and it gets passed certain point where you can’t overlook it and chalk it up to being a mistake when half your order is missing genuinely every single time we’ve ordered and now this do yourself a favor and do not waste your money at...
