Caffeine Lakewood

This morning. April 10th, at 7:30. The person had 3 patrons including myself and my daughter. He was very grouchy. He gave us a death stare when it was our turn to order.. There was no "good morning, what can I get you" it was so off-putting that we wanted to walk a way..but because we are kind..we didn't want to be THOSE PEOPLE.. we spent $15 on 2 beverages the hot one was room temperature and the cold one came in a broken cup that leaked at the counter, and they didn't take the initiative to correct it. The coffee was diluted.It was cold for a hot cup of coffee and my daughter's drink was leaking all over her clothes all over the car.She had to throw it away.A seven dollar beverage went into the garbage because of unhappy staff mate , who had to be the opening person. To my understanding, you should never open the door for business unless you are fully equipped with attitude ambience tools resources.The person still had their pack back and their headphones while they were fixing.The drinks which tells me they weren't prepared shameful.
