I would have given it Zero stars if I could. The only smooth thing about this place is Collecting your money. Once the package leaves the mistakes start. I sent a somewhat delicate package, never arrived at the destination, even though the person tracking it on the receiving end was the one to inform me that the package was coming back to me to try to talk to the driver or call the number so they can continue with the delivery since the address was correct. Even having the app on my phone, That outdated junk did not notify me of any of that. Customer service over the phone nonexisting. Not only nonexisting, but you have to waste at least one hour of your time, listening to random ads and sweepstakes that someone is trying to sell to you. Once you call two or three times they make your number unavailable to call again. On top of that, the app does not have a customer care Even when you have a package in transit. Furthermore, through rumors, I heard that they communicate through Facebook. Facebook!!!! Out of all things So I hit him up on Facebook, It took a good 24 to 35 hours for them to answer on private message. Just to tell me that there is nothing they can do about my package that it was marked as returned, Obviously, since I couldn't correct the address on the app!! The package returned, even though it said it was delivered to Lakewood my address at home it was delivered to the store. Nobody told me anything. I literally had to call to find out. When I went to pick the box, it look like it went through a grinder. Absolutely terrible. After speaking to the manager and telling them that the mistake was theirs, since the address is correct, he simply told me" We don't have communication with the drivers" Basically, there's nothing they can do. Wasted my money an entire week waiting for this thing to move around and time to drop and pick up. Yet I can order some pencil erasers Or an air conditioner through Amazon and I will get them Within the next Three days In a brand new box. Hundreds, if not thousands of orders I have made and never a mistake through other parties . Only one time I needed them and pay the absolute price , I even made sure to write the address three or four times in the box Absolutely ridiculous. They wasted everybody's time and resources on top of it. All they take your money without even saying sorry . Maybe a simple sorry would have been enough for your customer dissatisfaction, But not even that they could do Ridiculous , They should fired everybody in this place before the owners go broke in the near future with the way things...

I live in an apartment, the first notice was left on my mailbox, saying I was not available and they would try again on the next business day. I left a note on my mailbox asking them to please come to my door next time (because obviously I'm not gonna be standing by my mailbox). I had surgery on my eye, and never left the house. 2 more notices were left on my door, no knocks or anything. Monday morning (two days after receiving the last notice) I drove up to the UPS store and was told they were already sent back to the sender, even though the notice said I had seven days to pick my packages up. The workers at the store were very nice and helpful and gave me a number to call. I called and left my complaint and when I received a call back the man was very rude saying how the ups guy had been doing this for over ten years and never had a complaint and wouldn't want to hold onto my package any longer than he had to, he was no help at all and made the situation worse. I ended up having to call the place I ordered from since they were already being sent back, and reorder sending them to my mothers address so this doesn't happen again. Now I have 140 extra dollars taken out of my account until they can refund my money in ten days. I won't be getting deliveries In This area again, if I must use UPS I will have it delivered to a friend or family's house. Oh and I payed for 1-3 buisness day shipping, and now will be waiting...
Read moreI used this location to deliver a very expensive pair of running shoes to Texas. I received a call from the recipient stating they had not received the shoes (5 days later). Long story short, because I was stupid enough to trust the idiot sales guy to tape the package since I did not have tape, either he or someone at this facility STOLE my shoes. It never left the facilty. UPS corporate where complete dill weeds and basically told me I had to try and find out what the store did with my package. THIS is one of the MANY reasons I normally do not use UPS and always ship with FEDEX. This company doesn't have the common decency to try and help me nor take the financial responsibility to pay me back for my shoes their staff STOLE. THIEVES!!!!
May 31, 2018 - UPDATE - 12:02PM Eastern I received a phone call from UPS corporate and UPS manager of the location yesterday afternoon and whom BOTH apologized for my "lost" package. The store manager stated "it never made it on the truck - we have searched everywhere and cannot find it."
The manager then promised to call me back later that day to confirm it hadn't been lost by the driver in case it had made it on, however he still hasn't called me.
Therefore whomever wrote the response below to my review needs to check...
