I was so happy to find a location close to my new house! I've been going there for quite a few months now. The staff is always super friendly and I love talking to them! I have got to know a few of the employees there and it's always great to see their smiling faces! One time recently I got a notification, while I was in line, that there was fraud on my credit card. I was kind of panicking as one of the girls came up to take my order. She asked how I was and because I was so shaken, I said I didn't know and that someone was trying to charge $800 to my card as we spoke! I said I'd get a drink and then call the bank to see what was going on. She said "I'm so sorry! Your drink is on me today!" I stuttered "no, it's ok!" But she insisted and said she could see how stressed I was. That completely made my day! Luckily, everything was fine and I went back later to give them a large tip for being so kind and taking care of me! Last week I went in again, and I was handed the cup in the picture through the drive-thru! The drink I usually order is apparently not a very common mix, and they have often told me they knew it was me just from the drink order. A few of them remember and ask if I just want my regular, which is awesome! I even had a friend go to order my drink one day, and they told her they knew exactly who she was getting it for! So the day I received this amazing little note, I'm sure it was one of the girls who remembers me and that I love to chat with! It totally made my day too get this little note! They really are an awesome group of people working there! My drinks are always delicious! They also love it when I bring my husky with me and they always spoil her with a pup cup and lots of pets! She loves going with me. If any of the employees read this, I want you to know that the lady with the husky who gets the rebel with lavender, blackberry, and soft top, loves you as well!!! 💜 Thank you so much for being such a wonderful part of the days I come in! You all rock!
UPDATE: they continue to be amazing and brighten every single day I go in! They have my drink ready before I even order sometimes, they ask where the puppy is when she isn't with me, and I get little notes on my drinks once in awhile too! And those days are always the...

Let me preface this by say that the employees are, generally, wonderful. They're friendly and upbeat, what you'd like. The awareness of customers is terrible.
It's clear the (much busier) drive-thru gets better treatment from the staff, but that leaves the lobby unattended. The "ring for bro" bell gets ignored half the time, and I've waited several minutes before even being acknowledged. During my most recent visit, 2 customers weren't even acknowledged when one of the batistas brought a third man's coffee to the window. No "have you been helped?" or asking if they can get something started. The girl just looked at us waiting and walked away... I get people working have responsibilities beyond what we can see or know, but when a large freeze is $7.50 (which is more than most coffee shops), a simple acknowledgement would go a long way. This isn't a one-off situation, either, as it has happened several times when I've stopped by for coffee; staff will see me, make eye contact with me, and still not make a move to help.
On some days, the music is SUPER loud, loud enough where I feel I'm yelling my order at my coffee bro and needing to get a little closer than I'd like to be. Yes, I'm aware that drive-thru is an option and that the music is their thing, but it has also caused mix ups with my order when the coffee bro hasn't been able to hear me.
I'm also concerned about the tipping. I've noticed on several of my recent visits a tip has been applied to my purchase without my consent and the payment device wasn't handed to me after payment completed.
Editing to add: stay away from the iced drinks, get it hot or blended (a freeze). Their iced drinks have like, 90% ice, terrible value...
Read moreEvery single time I go here, they mess up my order by giving me dairy milk instead of the requested alternative milk. EVERY TIME. So at least 6 times in the past 3 years. Doesn’t matter who is working or what time of day: unless I get a black coffee, they will never give me a drink with the alternative milk I order. Why is this a problem? I have a SEVERE DAIRY ALLERGY. Never gotten a refund OR an apology for ANY time they’ve put dairy in my order. I AM ALLERGIC. My partner woke up early today and got us Dutch Bros as a surprise before we go on a trip for the weekend, hoping they’d have gotten their act together, and whaddayaknow? Dutch Bros put dairy milk in my drink AGAIN, which is particularly heinous given that the barista verbally confirmed that it was made with alternative milk when handing it over to my partner. Do y’all know that dairy milk and alternative milk taste very differently in a hot coffee drink? Do you know that the mouth-feel of the fat from dairy milk is completely different than how it feels to drink alternative milk? Not to mention the taste is vastly different. It was obvious upon tasting it, and more obvious once my stomach cramps and diarrhea started. Now I get to spend my weekend vacation to Breckenridge Closing Weekend on a toilet, getting hemorrhoids from blowing my b-hole out because Dutch Brothers couldn’t be bothered to actually make my drink with alternative milk, instead of enjoying myself.
