My experience was the worst. The management is, rude, and incompetent. I have witnessed discrimination in the forms of gender, sexual orientation, age, and willingness to fraternize outside of the work place.
Secondly, Open carry is legal in colorado, however, it is a known fact that flaunting your open carry weapon is dangerous and unsafe. On multiple occasions management has drawn said weapons on employees. Risking lives in an unprofessional and "joking" manner.
Third, On numerous accounts I have witnessed "problems" needing management intervention met with high pitch chuckles and zero mediation.
Fourth and most disturbing, I worked at this location, 180 s union, almost 2 years. In that time I came to find that even the area manager and human resources management cared almost less than the general manager about the employees. The questions of the legality of said actions were met by silence. To this day I wonder how many more will suffer from the almost tyrannical point of view from management.
In summary, in my time there I believe I've witnessed injustice that goes far beyond the morality of any work place. From as far up, as I've met, to the lowest tier manager.I wouldn't eat, let alone work there as long as I live....
Read moreBeen here several times. It’s usually the standard JJ’s experience. Today the cashier seemed new. She didn’t ring in the sandwich’s correctly and seemed eager to help make the two sandwiches we ordered (we were the only ones in the store) with the sandwich maker. That’s fine but all the tables were very dirty and there were boxes laying around, even in the dining area, so she could have been doing other things. Not to mention that as she went to hand over my sandwich, she took it back and said ‘wait hold on’ obviously because she messed up the sandwich. It ended up taking twice as long to get the sandwiches because of it and when i got home, i opened the sandwich to see the wrong ingredients i asked for, as well as The sandwich being so sloppily made that i couldn’t even eat it without everything falling apart. I understand that workers probably don’t make enough to care, but being a former jimmy johns employee myself, i have no idea how someone could mess up such a simple task as making an edible sandwich, and to have the store in such disarray. Will definitely not be going to this location any time soon, which sucks because this one is very close to...
Read moreExtremely flabbergasted by this particular jimmy john's. I have had terrible experiences there now 3 times. First time I went in myself and attempted to order a sandwich, but they were completely out of turkey. Odd for a sandwich shop to be out of lunch meat? Yes, but understandable-maybe it was a busy day for them. Times 2 and 3 - ordering from the app to be delivered. The first time, the app/delivery driver marked the sandwiches as delivered about 2 hours before they actually were. We had cancelled the food before the driver got to us. Where they were for those two hours- you've got me. This last time was really it for me and my family. We waited 90 minutes for our food (4 sandwiches and two bags of chips) to be delivered after saying it had left the store on the app. By this time it was 8:30pm and we called into the store to see where our stuff was- they said it had been delivered an hour ago. They were nice about refunding our money- but what about the 2 hours spent waiting for food only to end up with nothing? This place has the suckiest service I've ever seen. Go to the one a few miles...
