I will NOT return to this location after the experience we had. We placed an online order here, and the estimated time was 10 minutes to pick up our food. Great. We get there in ten minutes and pay. We have to wait, but that's pretty usual and we weren't making a fuss. Ten minutes pass and we ask the cashier if he knew when our food would be ready. He goes and asks the girls in line for an ETA and returns to tell us it will be a few minutes, but not before one of the girls shrugs, looks at us, and says they are waiting on the chicken. Alright. So we wait Another ten minutes, being side eyed by the girls in the line periodically as we are getting impatient. One of the girls walks up to us, asks what we ordered, so we tell her. Then she asks if we are sure we placed the order at this location because they don't have it. So I pull out my receipt and tell her we have paid so we definitely placed the order with them. She looks at the receipt, hands it back to us, and goes to the back. By this time the manager has come out, said hello to us, and asked if he could help. We tell him the issue and he's holding our receipt looking at it as the girls returns with a bag and says "we have it". She hands us our food and we have to ask for our receipt back from the manager before leaving. The cashier was obviously new and he was very polite. According to our receipt his name was Cameron. He was not an issue. The girls in the line had no name tags, nor did the boy I assume was the manager, so who knows what their names where. This location needs a lot of work, though. How can you be looking at someone's receipt for your location from ten minutes ago, who has obviously paid, and tell them you don't have their order and they must have places their order at a different location? How do you get off side eyeing paying customers that have been waiting while other people, that came in after them, have gotten their food? If the girl had not brought our food out when she did, I would have been asking for a refund and gone somewhere entirely different. There is no need for that kind of attitude in a service industry. Especially when the mistake is on your end. Obviously they had the food because she miraculously walked out with our order in a bag and ready to go when the manager had stepped in. I will not make the mistake of ordering or going to this location ever again, nor will my...
Read morePossibly some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a salad with no chicken, no bacon. The girl that took my order, Aleesia was extremely nice and friendly. When my food was dropped off at the table by another girl, Natalie, I saw that there was chicken on it. Told her politely that I ordered no meat, and she acted like I was just a huge inconvenience. Didn’t say a word, grabbed my bowl and stormed off. Came back a few seconds later and upon further investigation I noticed that there was still chicken on the bottom of my salad. She had literally just gone around the corner and picked the chicken out of my salad. Pretty irritated at this point I brought my salad to the counter and confronted her on it, only to get an eye roll, she again didn’t say a word, and grabbed my bowl. She started making another salad. I told her she didn’t need to be so rude about it, and the fact that she just picked the chicken out of my food was extremely wrong. I also went on to tell her that there are people with food sensitivities and doing something like that could make someone extremely sick. All the while she is completely ignoring me, not an apology, nothing. No acknowledgement whatsoever. In comes Sean, telling ME that I need to stop. I tell him she was extremely rude to me both interactions and he tells me no she wasn’t. I explain to him the situation, how she just picked the chicken out of my salad and gave it back, how she acted extremely inconvenienced by me requesting the food that I ordered and paid for. He does not apologize, does not acknowledge that what she did was extremely wrong, but tells me I need to stop. My sister than asks to speak to a manager and he tells us he is the manager. Awful people skills for a manager in customer service. I get my new salad that Natalie prepared, only to sit down and take a bite of bacon. At this point Aleesia has come to our table, apologized for the other two’s behavior, tells us it was very wrong of both of them, the rude and awful way they handled it and how wrong it was that the meat was just picked out of my salad. She took my salad and went and made me another one. She was very helpful, very friendly and had far better people and customer service skills than the “manager” Sean. This store should definitely do some food safety and customer service training for...
Read moreI ordered food for 2 online at 6.20 pm tonight with a ready time at 6.30. We arrived in the store right at 6.30 and had to wait for others to place their orders before we paid at 6.34 pm per the reciept. Be prepared to have to wait in line for pick up because it is the norm. We then waited to the side. People who ordered after us started getting their food so I asked the cashier at 6.40 to check on the food because we had been waiting. The cashier Cameron (who appeared new and was doing a fine job with no help from his more experienced peers) checked on it. One of the girls (dark hair and a rose tattoo on her forearm) acted like she had no clue what he was talking about and then shrugged in a blase manner and said she was waiting on chicken. But not before giving the side eye. I waited for another ten minutes as more people after us were getting their food. I ordered ahead for a reason. At 6.50, another girl finally asks what we got and then proceeds to ask if we ordered at that location because they didn't have it. I proceeded to explain they did recieve it because it was found on the computer and we had paid for it at the restaurant. She then walked off with the reciept. Another guy who I presume was the manager came up to ask what we needed help with and that's when the girl finally rushed back and handed us food that they miraculously found! Luckily the food was still hot but my appetite gone. I have had a few unpleasant waiting experiences at this location and the general state of the restaurant (cleanliness) could be worked on. I do not need to be comped or given anything because I won't be returning to any Noodles restaurant since the location on Union Blvd is even worse. You should be aware that everyone but Cameron did an unacceptable job. This restaurant is always disgustingly dirty. No one wears nametags. And the manager (I think!) was so awkward with no communication skills. I won't be going to anymore Noodles...
