Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Lakewood

I truly love Boba so I like to try a lot of different places. I had heard good things about this place so I decided to check it out.

The staff are very friendly and the interior is really nice, clean, and relaxed. They also have a large variety which is a tad overwhelming at first but I do like the wide variety.

Onto the drink. I paid 7 dollars for the large after the taxes and tip which is honestly fine. The drink itself wasn't too flavorful to be frank. I didn't really taste much other than the sugar and coolness. It could be I just didn't get the right drink for me. I definitely will be back to try a different flavor to do a better well rounded feedback. So it was simply okay for this flavor for me.

I do like that they don't pack it like crazy with ice so seriously thank you for that.

I went back and tried the Thai and it was okay. So that is two drinks that have been just fine/okay. The staff is really friend just prefer some other spots...

Tea is good, if you can get someone to make it. Every time I've been here the counter help acts like I'm inconveniencing them just with my presence. Today the guy working actually scowled at me when he asked if I was "Tori" who apparently had ordered a tea he was preparing.

It would be better if there were fewer of these stores with friendlier employees. I won't...

Order took (5:56 to 6:14) 18 minutes exactly. The girl that did our drink messed it up the first time, then I assumed panicked and messed up the next drink by putting normal sugar % when asked for 30% sweetness. 3 team members total as well with barely 5 people in line btw. Like this is not what MLK dreamed of 🙂‍↔️
