Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lakewood

My family and I went to Chipotle and the lady making our order seemed very annoyed with us. My son ordered white rice and she told us they were out of white rice in Spanish which is not a problem because my husband speaks Spanish but my children do not, they asked for white rice and she proceeded to say they were all out instead of saying that if you give us one moment the white rice will be out in a second when the white rice came out and we had already they had already made our orders my husband asked why didn't you tell us that the white rice was coming out and she just rolled her eyes and gave us a shrug then she proceeded to talk to her co-worker about us in Spanish in front of us and my husband understood everything she was very rude and shouldn't be working with customers, she should take a customer service course. the cashier and the co-worker were very very nice but she was very very. I have worked in the restaurant industry and I know as an employee anyone could have a bad day but this was over the top rude. We will never support this Chipotle location again. She was an older lady, she did not have a name tag. It was a very disheartening experience. Thank you...

This is the closest location to us so we've been many times, but it's time for us to go somewhere else. When you've been an avid Chipotle fan for almost 20 years, you accept sometimes it won't be perfect meat or portions or whatever else. However, this place consistently has sub par meat, missing items, or something just tastes off. My wife likes the steak quesadilla and a good 3 out of 5 times it's lopsided and low on meat. But really the worst part is the staff. We accept Chipotle's ever rising prices and paying for things that used to be free (a tortilla on the side of a bowl is extra...why) but most of the staff, one lady in particular who I think is a manager, always skimps on everything and gives us such an attitude when we ask for extra. I'm paying 15$ for a burrito give me the cheese I want. I don't complain about restaurants especially staff when we have 1 bad experience but I'm tired of the battle of wills and the hope for fresh ingredients at this location every time. We are always courteous and we don't argue so why do we deserve eye rolls in our face when we prefer more than 1oz of sour cream....

The staff here is so rude! This is the third time we’ve had issues at this chipotle. I will never go back there. The only reason that we went tonight was because of a school fundraiser. I will be voicing my complaint to the school also in hopes that they never go there again. The girls on the line are so rude. Tonight my husband was ordering his food, and the girl threw all the cheese on the right side, when he tried to tell her if she can spread it out she then begin making a container of salsa. He had to say excuse me multiple times and then tell her I don’t want salsa I just want cheese on the whole bowl. She slammed everything down and was so mad. They were equally as rude to my kids. It’s so sad they love chipotle and these girls just ruined it for them. I feel sad for the treatment my family received. I wish I got the girls name but all I know is it was tonight March 12 at about 7:30 PM. Union Chipotle is close and so friendly plus makes the good full bowls! Stay away...
