Usually, no complaints and I regularly fill out the online survey if I receive good service. I know that they depend on positive feedback. This isn't my neighborhood TB and someone was having a bad day last time I visited this location. I am not going back to this one because a manager's attitude and customer service were so obviously poor. We visited the drive thru and when we paid, the employee handed the card back and said please move forward, so we did. After waiting 15 minutes and no food, I went inside and waited several minutes more. The girl who took our order said, 'you left without your food'. 'No we didn't, we pulled forward, because you told us to.' She said she didnt think she did and handed me the bag. I said, 'maybe you were talking to the car behind us in your headset, but you were looking at us and handed back the card.' She was polite about it, honest misunderstanding. I asked if they could make our food again because it was sitting for so long on the counter. The person in charge and on the assembly line (no name tag) grabbed the bag and threw it with velocity into the trash. When I was waiting for the order to be remade, I noticed that there was a big plastic bin of nacho fries sitting out uncovered on the counter and being used for orders. They were not on the line or under heat. I asked if they were hot because this did not look like a standard procedure. (I have worked in food service and had a food handler's card.) She got audibly and physically irritated and said that they were only on the counter for 5 minutes. By now, I had been inside the restaurant longer than that, and these were going out to customers. She finally handed me my new order saying, 'there ya go', and I left. Not good service or food....
Read moreIts a ratchet taco bell with ratchet employees. They really scraped the bottom of the barrel when they hired these folks. They didn't hand us all of the order. Apparently managers aren't able to do refunds, only the general manager. They didn't give us a receipt but said that we drove off before we had all our order. In fact they gave us someone else's order and told us to have a good day. They also couldn't refund us our money. I called and they hung up on me accusing me of being someone else named Corinna. My boyfriend called and they hung up on him. I called again and they said that I either drive back to get the box they made or wait til morning to talk to the general manager. They said they couldn't refund and to talk to Taylor. Never known a place that couldn't refund money on the spot. Someone behind us had paid online and they told them they couldn't find their order. The customer told em that they had ordered and paid online. Told them to pay again. A person in front of us also was telling them whats up. You can tell they need to get better training cuz ain't no way. They will interrupt you when you explain them things. Do better. Or fire all of the crew and start fresh with new more respectful and maybe more brains talent, for sure fire the night manager cuz he...
Read moreI pulled into the drive through to order food and had to repeat my order 6 different times to finally be told that chicken quesaritos are allegedly unavailable at Taco Bell unless I order online.
I informed the attendant that I had ordered and received the product literally yesterday from another location, which I was then asked to provide the store location and address which this occurred. Obviously, I asked what the relevance of the location was, and the response was "well I am going to call their district manager and say that they are going against company policy." 1: I have 0 need to know what the policy is, nor do I need to know about who calls what district manager 2: as far as I am concerned, I should not have to order my food online in order to get certain products
During this whole situation, the attendant was giving the single worst rude attitude, as if I had somehow forced a store to provide products to customers. I, of course, mentioned that I just want food and that I do not appreciate the tone. As I drove past the window, the employees were laughing, as if somehow angering customers...
