I was very excited to order my sleeper sofa and night stand tables from Patys furniture store, located off South Tacoma way, because the sofa set was at a reasonable price and the customer service was good on the day I bought the set. Although I was told the Sleeper set would be in the warehouse for delivery in 3 weeks and they would contact me in 2 weeks to give me an update, I heard no word from the sales reps at Paty's in 4 weeks and went to the store to get an update on the delivery myself. Short Story Long, they told me "they don't have the color I wanted in the sleeper sofa and that I can be refund my amount but I will be charged at 20% restocking fee....." I said, Sir! How are you going to charge me for a restocking fee for something you don't have. I can understand if I order the set and you did have my color but I changed my mind and wanted my refund, you can charge me than because that's on me and I read your policy."
If you decide to go to Paty's furniture store located off South Tacoma Way, don't waste your time and money.........because everybody IS...

They never delivered my furniture I have called them several times and they have different stories and I visited them to know what's going on. They tried to replace my item with some other cheap looking stuff not even the same quality of what I have paid for. Not even sorry for anything that they have done, telling me they cannot refund my money so I only have the option to take that cheap looking furniture that I do not like. Never asked who i was nothing.. waited another hour. Called again asking where the couch i purchased was at. The promised time was between 4 and 6. Its now past 6. Got put on hold. For 5 minutes. To respond with can not get a hold of the driver ill call you back. 20 min. Later store called back said estimated time for delivery is 8 and 830 . 9 o clock rolls around driver calls me said he needs another 25 min. St this time frustrated. Said just deliver the couches tomorrow. Driver saids no he can not do that .to call the store. So ill be calling the store to get a refund. They have very poor customer service. ...
