They didn't just sell tea; they shared their passion. We were treated to an in-depth tea education, with the staff taking the time to explain the nuances of various blends and letting us explore the aromas. Their extensive knowledge and genuine enthusiasm were infectious. They even offer classes. We can't wait to join one! The shop itself is beautifully organized, creating a welcoming and thoughtful atmosphere.

The quality of their products is truly exceptional. We were fortunate enough to sample the Gold Mountain Spiced Rooibos, and it was instantly loveable - a testament to the high standards Tea Madame upholds. Choosing was a delightful challenge, as every option seemed more enticing than the last. Ultimately, we settled on the Wild Blueberry Rooibos and the Blue Lagoon Wellness Blend, both of which are incredibly aromatic and delightful.

Staff was helpful but polite enough to give us time to browse alone. Once we started asking about flavors she was very knowledgeable about all of the different kinds they had, more than happy to give recommendations, and incredibly helpful explaining the taste of some of the ones we were interested in buying. They allow you to order online and have tea shipped to you, or order online and go into the store for pickup which is a great thing to have for those trying to be safe but still wanting great tea.
