Guys - don't get me wrong, the sandwiches here are actually pretty good. BUT this location is soooo focused on online orders. This is not based on one experience - this is one of my kids favorite places to eat, so we have suffered through this many times. The online order printer never stops. And I get that, but there are people IN the restaurant.
We are standing there watching sandwich after sandwich be made. And when our sandwiches are finally made, there is so much plexiglass now that the employees can't hear anything you are YELLING. We order multiple sandwiches, they get pieced between different online orders. To get the attention of the employees we literally have to wave our arms in the air. Yell our requests, get most of what we want, get to the register and then have the wrong sandwiches because we have part of our order and part of an online order.
And then, before we can pay, an online order needs to be picked up. Everything comes to a screeching halt! Find this online order, get their drinks, get them checked out. Oh, yeah, that's right, there are people here in the restaurant... come on...

Update: 2025 Busy as always… so it’s best to put your order in a head of time if you are on break for work but the staff is always nice, they always greet customers, do their best when it’s busy and the guys always hooked it up no matter what. Pm staff 8/7/25 really were trying and doing their best.
The biggest downside is that they do always take forever so expect to wait in line on average 20 minutes. I have set a stopwatch to see what the average is because every time I go I always feel like I’m waiting a ridiculous amount of time.
I have literally had my sandwich prepared waiting to be wrapped and it takes about 10 minutes to ring me up because they are completing online orders (mind me I’m literally at the register, + one person behind me) before even finishing the transaction. I’ve gone to other locations and they are perfectly fine. I don’t know if the team just needs to be trained better but it is an ongoing...
Read morePlaced an order for curbside pickup. There's only 1 curbside spot. Checked in on the app which said someone will be with you shortly. In the car waiting for 20 minutes and no one brought my food out. Meanwhile they saw me parked in curbside pickup waiting but no one came out. I had to phone them and after giving them my name they brought it right out. I was told to sign in on the app next time, I told him I did tap the I'm here in the app and he said they never received a ticket saying I was there. So you're telling me the shop was empty my food was sitting on the counter you all saw me sitting there but never came out to find out why I was parked there. You guys kept watching me sit there for 20 minutes even though my name car make, model, and car color was on the receipt in large print. So you all watched me for 20 minutes knowing I was there to pick up my order but because you didn't receive a ticket saying I was there, you all just watched me sitting there....
