My experience with this location and there delivery service was completely awful. I did a online order for delivery and waited for over an hour . I had to call. The store to figure out what was going on with my order and when I did I was completely disrespected . The guy I was talking to first told me the driver told him there was no answer at the door for 10 mins (we have dogs that bark) that was a lie . then he told me that he was the driver. When I asked him why he told me it was someone else at first he started yelling at me saying he was at our house for 10 mins . He asked me if I still wanted my order and I said yes but I don't want it to be cold. Instead of offering to heat it up or any kind of customer service he yelled at me saying he want going to do that . I got sick of being yelled at so I asked for a manager . He told me she was at lunch . (she later said she was at a different store) I asked for his name and he said it was Jeffery fernandez , I asked for the managers name which he gave to me . I asked for a supervisor and he said he didn't know the supervisor. He kept telling his coworkers that I was a bi#@h thinking I couldn't her him and finally just handed the phone to someone else without telling me he was going to do so and she told me the manager would be back in 20 mins . I called back and talked to the manager who said the guys name was derrick. So the guy lied about his name . The manager Christine was okay but just okay. I could tell she just wanted off the phone . I utilized carry out, not delivery. “Order using our app so you know when your pizza is ready!” Ok. “Your pizza will be ready in 15 minutes.” Ok. 15 minutes later. “Your pizza is ready.” I entered this location to pick up my pizza a couple minutes later. Is there an express line for pickup? No, I have to wait until the two people in front of me give their order. Meanwhile, my pizza’s getting cold… or is it? A few minutes later (at the 20 minute mark now from when I ordered my pizza. 15 minutes creating. 5 minutes waiting), I am finally able to let someone know I’m there to pick up my pizza that’s been ready for 5 minutes. But they tell me it isn’t ready yet. “It will be just a few more minutes.” So, your app is lying to me, which makes your whole system unreliable. Either this location or the entire Pizza Hut franchise is untrustworthy. You make think this is extreme. But when you say one thing and do another, you’ve betrayed the trust. Five more minutes go by (25 minute mark). Not only is my pizza still not ready, there’s no compensation. No free drink while I’m waiting. Remember when your pizza was free when it was late? Or maybe even half off? Not here. No discount on late pizza. It’s like they are saying, “Pay us to inconvenience you, please.” At exactly the 30 minute mark, they give me my pizza with “Sorry about the wait.” 30 minutes. Im from Nyc/NJ gumba.pizza world and understand there's but a handful of good pie makers here, and every pizza in the LA basin is a compromise knowing what real pizza is. I cope with it and talk to my shrink monthly ! But seriously folks, the word pizza should be be dropped from thIs company's stationary! I have NEVER in my 50 years of eating out ever thought of returning food for a refund, however in this case ,I felt compelled to let them and you know, this pie is an insult to any Italian food lover's taste buds and could only compare it to .. cardboard sprinkled with wood chips! I wasn't impressed with the managments's defense and retort to my complaint and rate it equally as bad as their product. I carried the box in with two slices left 2 days after purchase and as 'she was gearing up her no refund rap ,sayng you bought this Saturday and there's only 2 slices left. I had to respond with the only thing I could , the truth.
