I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS JUST HAPPENED. I'M STILL IN SHOCK šŸ˜”: Has our society broken down so bad that we are no longer willing to listen? šŸ¤” 843 W Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93534 The Starbucks located at the above address was my first time attending this store and upon sitting outside and speaking to someone at the table I leaned my head back and almost hit my head on the door to this building. I simply thought someone had left the door open by mistake so I pushed it to be closed. Within 10 mins the manager of this location by the name of "Dan", came out screeming at me, wouldn't allow me to speak, and began to accost me for closing the door. My guest at the table began to defend me, saying it was an honest mistake and Dan began to scream at us publicly. When I contined to try to speak up to offer my apologies and explain what had happened "Dan" cotninued screaming and yelling at me in which he then took it upon himself to begin stating that my friend at the table began to threaten him. When I said that wasn't true Dan continued to scream in my face saying we were both banned. Dan, who was parked in a "red zone" in front of the store to unload his milk delivery for the store who was not dressed in a Starbucks uniform, and was already in the store when I closed the door, took what was a simple misunderstanding as an opportunity to publicly embarress me. This was my first and last time here. I was brought to tears after this experience and couldn't believe what had unraveled in front of my eyes. I will never be returning to this location until an apology is made by this company.

Another day at the shelter. Terrible B.O., people camping out with all their bags, no cushioned seats available for paying customers (I wanted to come in and study, and drink my Venti Green Tea) , but the Ice water customers are camping out, all day, so.... The Staff is exceptional, they give great service and I am sorry that they have to deal with with this issue.. There is a guest code of conduct, the Staff just has to be empowered (given authority) to uphold those standards in this, a licensed place for Food and Beverage.

With hardly any customers in sight you better not have anything going on in your life because you'll be sitting around waiting a looooong time for your drink. I placed a mobile order and I'm still waiting. I can feel myself getting older. By the time I left I had more white hairs than when I first walked in but my drink was delicious.

I frequent this Starbucks a couple times a week with a mobile order. I’d say most of the time the service is great and my drink is made in the time frame estimated. It’s a simple Americano so not much to do. Sorry for to give a bad review but I’ve had some issues with this Starbucks. The bathroom is always dirty to the point it almost cannot be used and the outside tables are not usable because they are dirty with spilled drinks and trash that hasn’t been cleaned up. At times I’ve also not felt safe coming and going. I understand the idea behind allowing bums to live in your store but at what point do you consider your paying customers? Today someone took my mobile order (so I was late for work) and the barista didn’t care at all. Made a comment that it was sitting for ā€œfive minutesā€. The man that stole it was just sitting in the store but no cares were given. Also please come up with a better way to administer your free water cups. I’ve had to wait behind group’s that ask for six venti ice waters. I shouldn’t order a paid drink then another customer order six waters and gets them before my drink. There should be a water cooler with little cups. Ice is expensive and I know that is factored into my paid drink. Thanks for letting me vent. But...

I was at this location on Monday March 31st around noon. I don't usually go inside, but I was with my daughter and thought it would be nice to sit down and enjoy a drink. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service that day. The young lady who took our order was impolite, and her facial expression conveyed anger. Even my 11-year-old daughter asked me why the young lady seemed mad and rude.

I understand that everyone can have a bad day or feel stressed, especially when it's busy, but it was not busy at that time. Once we placed our order, we sat down to wait for our drinks and food. My daughter then went to ask the same girl for the code to the bathroom, but my daughter was ignored because this girl was talking to other employee. I then pointed out to my daughter that she should ask the male employee who was taking an order from someone else, and he kindly provided her with the code.

I was upset about the service, and we only stayed for a very short time. Usually, when I come in, Emily helps me, and she is very nice. Other employees are friendly too. Sadly my daughter and I had a very negative...
