If I could give zero stars, I would. the service that we experienced at this establishment is downright horrendous. Upon arrival, the young woman that was at the counter, told us the flavors, but failed to mention as it was our first time there that they had a deal going on where if you received four flavors you would receive four dollars off we were not told that so we went ahead and had told her that we were going to order a few flavors but she suggested to only start with two flavors. we were going to ask for the other flavors to go, we sat ate during that time another family walked in to which she mentioned the special discount that they had going on which she failed to tell us. when I went to her as a first time customer and asked her if she would honor the deal that she expressed to the other family and not to us, she refused she said she would not honor it and that we needed to purchase four more flavors. This is downright unfair and cruel . Had we known we would have gone ahead and purchased the four flavors at the beginning terrible service on top of this. It is a very expensive cheesecake slice and it is kid sized. Very small overpriced. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT OVERRATED AND OVERPRICED. You will be doing yourself a favor. Small businesses like TUF are the epitome of Lancaster and what makes it such a great city. Not only is the quality of the cheesecake superb, but also their customer service is outstanding.

My niece specifically requested cheesecake topped with strawberries and whipped cream for her 5th birthday. I had never been to TUF but I was so impressed by their web presence and reviews that I decided to try them out for this special occasion. I contacted the owner only days before the celebration and I was told orders typically require 10 days advance notice. Despite this, the owner made my niece’s ideal cake a reality and even let me pick it up the day of the party when the store isn’t even open so that the strawberries on the cake would be as fresh as possible. I greatly appreciated that gesture; going above and beyond for a customer like that can be so rare and she did it without second thought. Thank you so much!

The cake itself was beautifully adorned with whipped cream swirls and strawberry pieces. Just got a Cheesecake Flight and it felt like flying off to a heavenly land! I got Tiramisu, Banana Split, Creme Brulee and Confetti Cake. I haven't had the confetti cake yet but I felt like sharing my wonderful experience early. Probably the best cheesecake I've ever had. So rich and creamy. Cheesecake factory doesn't hold a candle to TUF. The plain creme brulee option was so delicious and soft. Melted in your mouth with that little fancy crunch. Tiramisu was sweet and amazing crust and texture throughout. Love the crust on the banana split being banana bread. Really pulled the experience all together. So happy. I thought i could eat all of it in one sitting and I wanted to but alas. Two pieces yesterday. Banana split for breakfast and confetti cake for dessert tomorrow. Thank you for fulfilling my gluten cheesecake craving I've had for almost 5 months. Way beyond my dream. Worth eating gluten! Can't wait to sneak back for the cookie...
