Dear Pizza Boils Team,
I’m writing to share a deeply disappointing experience I had at your location. I came in to order a pizza, but what I witnessed and personally experienced made me very uncomfortable — and I believe it reflects a serious issue with how customers are being treated.
After placing my order, I sat down to wait. I observed how your staff treated people differently based on their appearance. Some customers were greeted kindly and given full attention, while others — including myself — were barely acknowledged, rushed, or treated like we didn’t matter. This wasn’t just bad customer service — it felt like discrimination. I left feeling like I wasn’t seen as an equal human being.
The part that shocked me most was what happened after I bought a Pepsi. I politely asked for a bag to carry it, and the staff told me, “There is nobody here,” and that they are not allowed to give plastic bags to customers — claiming it’s company policy. But just minutes earlier, I saw them give a plastic bag to another customer right in front of me.
When I questioned this, they stuck to the excuse. But clearly, the rule only applied to me, not to others. Why the double standard? Why was I denied something that others were given freely? This made me feel singled out, disrespected, and frankly — unwelcome.
This is not the first time I’ve been to this location, but this time made it very clear: people are not being treated equally here.
I urge your management to seriously address this issue. No customer should ever walk away feeling discriminated against, judged by their appearance, or treated as less than others. I’m sharing this in hopes that your team reflects on this and works toward a fair, respectful environment...
Read moreI wish i can give negative stars at this point so i ordered online like i always do and i selected stuff how i normally do i recieved the wrong thing and called the store immediately after arguing with the guy while he had already been rude and cussing over the phone he said they will remake it after i explained several times over its not what i ordered or how i ordered it was told its my fault on how it came because thats what i ordered i pulled up my online order and explained that on my end it doesn't say that get thier show them and all that and its still i should have did something but i followed the same steps as always so the guy im gussing the owner gets loud again so i do my roommate is with me and gets upset because how hes handling the guyhopes on the phone calls the police lies and claims that we threaten him and everyone there and that my roommate had a gun smh i said oh wow really asked my roommate to wait in the car because now im waiting for the police to come mind you the food is remade the guy was holding it he had called the police when we arrived because he said he will send it and i said no we live 6 mins away im not waiting another 45 because they never send it and swear they dont know what your talking about its disappointing to know that he called the police and said my roommate had a gun and was threatening everyone when all they asked was who was being rude on the phone it was a whole ordeal im very dissatisfied disturbed and in awe they had no mask no gloves and i seen bugs while i was leaving need less to say didnt eat it will be contacting my bank the Better business bureau and the health department as well as discrimination because im sure its because my roommate is black he called the police and all the extra...

I place an order online that says it will be ready at 11:45, I get there around noon and the guy tells me its not ready, he opened late and that it will be done in 10 minutes. Okay cool, I go to the gas station come back and am ready to pay. Now the card machine isn't working, he unplugs it and while it is rebooting he gose to the back with my debit card in his hand, that is not cool by me at all, you don't walk off with someones debit card. He comes back up, swipes my card and its stuck on processing, so again he is running around. Comes back up and sees me looking at my account on my phone, asks me if it came out and I tell him it shows it did and he says i can go, I tell him no I need a printed receipt, he says it's fine and I can leave, again I tell him I need a printed receipt. He tells me it is still stuck on processing and he will call me in 20 minutes. I tell him no I'm not leaving while it's still saying processing and he agian says it's fine. For the third or fourth time I tell him I need a printed receipt. At this point a receipt comes out but it's for the costumer before me, then mine prints out he goes to hand it to me but takes it back because it's the merchant's copy, gives me my copy and I ask to sign the merchant's copy to which he says he is to busy and walks away.
