“I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Ambiance: While I appreciate the vibrant atmosphere of a Mexican restaurant and enjoy Spanish music, the volume was excessively loud, making it difficult to hold a conversation. Service: The service was poorly managed. When our food was served, no plates, spoons, or forks were provided. After requesting utensils, we were only given a spoon. When my husband asked for a fork, the server brought it in one hand while holding a mop in the other. Similarly, plates were brought out the same way, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional. Food: The food itself was not authentic Mexican cuisine, and it was overly salty to the point that it was hard to eat.
