Do not order from here. Normally I don’t have a lot of negative feelings towards situations that I know are out of the staffs control but I ordered from the app last night and received the worst service I have ever seen in my life. When I arrived to the location they told me they could not provide about half of my order and they also did not have any lids for the drinks. The girl I spoke with initially was actually very understanding to the situation and when I asked for a full refund she let me know I would have to go through the app. As someone who works in customer service I understood and let her know I was going to park on the side (as they had more customers behind me) while I tried to get a refund. However, I could not get through to anyone and the online chat was not available. I then called the store and spoke with a man but couldn’t get his name. He was so rude and kept interrupting me before I could get any words out. I tried to explain my situation but he clearly thought he knew better than me and immediately started with “yeah if you didn’t get this item we’re not going to have it until a few hours from now” before I could even let him know my name. He then proceeded to cut me off and finally got another attitude and told me to just go ahead and speak. I was expecting some guidance on what to do next, not his attitude. He then proceeded to make comments like “well I have to deal with this until 2AM welcome to my nightmare.” As someone who is a manager, if I have a customer with an issue, I would never sit there complaining about how hard it is on my end but I would actually try to help them out to a solution. You are the one getting paid and I’m the one losing out on money for food I never received so make that make sense to me. Anyway, I will NEVER be ordering from here again and they need to train their staff to better handle situations they should be prepared to de-escalate.
Side note: the app showed me an option to get a refund but would not let me click on it and instead changed my order as if I had already picked it up. Read moreI was in the drive thru late last night, and it was around 1:00 am so I understood the workers were probably very tired but the service was so bad. We were trying to order three frosty cream cold brews when the lady on the mic told us they don’t offer those. We thought maybe we said it wrong but it was word for word on the menu. after some time and a lot of attitude on the employees part, we had successfully ordered two of them. As we attempted to order a third, the employee acted like she had no idea what we were trying to order even though we said the same exact menu item as before. At this point, the woman working the drive through was yelling at us, violently listing off the flavors of the coffee even though we had already specified which one, and when we had finished the order (finally), the woman shouted “next time you come through my window be specific” even though from the start we had ordered the item by reading it off the menu, missing no words. when we got our coffees, they were genuinely horrible and tasted like flavored water in the worst way.
