Update: 12-18-22 - still great ! Love the staff and the food !
The staff working late night shift is amazing! I don't go to this one to often since it is out of my way but I am going to start because of bad experience at another Wendy's. It is because of the staff that I will go out of my way 😀
I enjoy going to this Wendy's on cedar near highway. I've never had any major issues with staff . The food is great although it was a huge disappointment when they stop serving the pretzel bun 😩 I defiantly went there a lot more and spent more money when they served it. With that being the reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star. I've never had my order messed up which I'm very impressed by , we are all human and we all make mistakes but they must be robots there! In all seriousness I enjoy coming here I mainly visit for frosty and jr bacon . When they had pretzel bun I would always get the spicy chicken with the pretzel bun ... Omg heaven.
Update 10/25/2017 11:45 pm (changed to a 5 star from a 4 star): I love this Wendy’s I wish it was on my way home ! The one on my way home is horrible(mlk/Holmes) always closes early! Last 6 Times got disappointed . So I came to this one on cedar , wait was a little longer because they made me fresh nuggets but YuM! I’m glad they did
11/25/2017 11:39pm wish I could give them a 6 star the night manager is awesome, all the employees I’ve dealt with has been great! Love the food , love the service and most important I love the consistency with the food and hours.
2019- consist through out the last year and a half , definitely 5 stars. I now come here no matter what , driving the extra miles out of my way is worth it when you know your going to get...
Read moreWorse fast good experience ever! My son's were hungry while we were running errands through Lansing so we decided to order online so we could keep moving. Arrived at the restaurant and the dining room was closed so we had to wait in the drive through anyway since I already paid. Get to the window and have to go back and forth with the employee who insisted I didn't place an order. Eventually they found it sitting on the counter, which I don't understand since they were closed inside. Got the order from the window and something told me to check the bag before getting back on the road. Good thing because only half the order was there. Went back to the window and they had to make the second part of the order twice because they did not follow the instructions we entered online. After all that we finally get back on the road only for my son to find a long hair in his burger. I noticed no one was wearing a hair restraint or gloves and should have left at that point even though it was paid for. At any rate, this isn't an issue we've had at Wendy's before so we won't swear off them all together, but I know we will never return to...
Read moreWent at 10:05 pm Monday night June 5 a young lady was working drive thru window only 2 car where there one had the order already taken one in front got taken after min of me being there told me to wait waited 5 mins both car had already gotten food and left then waited another 2mins and said hello no on responded so I left it’s crazy how no one wants to work 3 cars park for employees so I know wasn’t just one person there. She needs to be re trained the young lady to not be lazy and to do here job made me seem like they didn’t want to work / take my order . when I drove by the drive thru window she was talking to the other employee/cook in the back instead of focusing on the customer who was waiting to take there order instead they are losing customers bc of it. sad really just lazy people that don’t want to work …. Need to be talk to or re trained went to Taco Bell after had the same amount of car in front got my order taken and food done in 5 mins there like come on not hard to work a window and take order and hand food to them seriously stop being lazy and care about your work...
