Google please give us negative stars!!! I'm tired of things like this from places like this it's absolutely ridiculous. Drive thru extremely slow for the quality produced. Couldn't even put the plastic utensils in the bag for the orders of potatoes with cheese and sour cream. I walked in and grabbed plastic utensils without a single hello or farewell . Is that not part of it at places like this? I remember getting in trouble for not greeting customers when I worked fast food. The potatoes tasted old which was already a let down. Then to see the lame excuses for a taco was the final straw. Unfortunately as I started to eat my crunch wrap supreme it wasn't made correctly either. One side all meat and sauce the other half all lettuce. Does no one take pride in the kitchen here? Final product in my build your own box was actually okay. So to whomever built the beefy 5 layer Burrito good job . It was a little smaller than I'm used to seeing but you did one thing most don't disperse the sour cream properly so there isn't a glob at the beginning or end of the burrito which is a thing most places can't seem to do right. And on a final note I do appreciate the girl in the drive thru window for getting light ice in the drinks again several over look that. Hope some of your care rubs off on others or you find an establishment that appreciates your efforts.
To the store manager and owner. Just shut the doors if this is your attempt at caring. Picture included to show what I was given as a taco.
I will say this again. Do not support corporate stores like this. The prices go up yet the quality and service go down. Support small local businesses that do care and might be struggling to keep their doors open. United We Stand ....

I pulled up and there was about 15 cars in-line. Not a single car moved for 10 minutes. They werenāt even taking more than one order at a time. I thought they were incredibly short staffed so I didnāt get mad. But after an hour sitting in line I finally got to the speaker to be ignored for another 5 minutes. Then I order and he tells me to pull up to the second window as always, I saw at least three people just standing around as I passed the first window. I got to the second window and the guy who I assume is the one who took my order is so nonchalant not even trying to help speed anything up or help the kitchen or anything else so I donāt know if he just didnāt know those positions, but I was kind of shocked at the complete lack of effort, even for a fast food chain. I saw another guy walking around upfront with what looked like a mop, so I assume he was cleaning which is good but when youāre lined around the building and foods not coming out maybe we should rethink what weāre doing. I am a manager at a different fast food chain and Iāve been a GM of another fast food chain every owner. Iāve had would have had a stroke at the experience that this Taco Bell is providing regularly. Not to mention the fact that I waited an additional 10 minutes at the second window for my food just for it to be handed to me with a do you want any sauce? And when I said no, thank you he just shut the window and walked away. The customer service...

Waited in the drive thru line, was told they discontinued them, started to leave, while driving around the building, there was window stickers of the decades menu. I parked and went in, asked the lady at the counter (facial expression appeared that she didnāt care about anything) and explained the scenario, she rolled her eyes and said that is was discontinued and couldnāt believe why they still have the signs up, and then just walked away. In disbelief, I looked at my app, there it was, so I tried the in-store kiosk, and placed my order for beef gorditas and swap for chicken, a few minutes later, here is my order and no issues. I presented my solution to the same fabulous counter worker and her only reply was, āwell, weāre not supposed order them.ā Come on hire some real workers and management.
Had pretty good luck with food and service,, however, on one occasion, we received topiaries on our breakfast burritos, when we requested for no tomatoes (yes allergies)
But today, I ordered a grande steak breakfast burrrito, when I received it,, it was half its size. I went in and asked the staff and she said hey they must have wrapped it better⦠what the hell? Then asked if I wanted to speak to a manager,,,
No,, I just want the burrito the size it is supposed to be,, there shouldnāt have been a question. I left it on the counter and was forced to go...
