Unpleasant to say the least. I sat at the bar. I will say the bartender did ask what drink I wanted right away. I asked for a bud light draft. She poured something but it wasn't a bud light. I wanted to order food but could not get her attention. I'm not one to raise my hand like a school child or shout across the bar. I look directly at a server until they make eye contact. After waiting 10 minutes she walked into the back. As well, the music was very loud and there was only about 20 customers in the restaurant. I regard Applebee's as a sports themed bar, but this place had 10 TVs on the news and 2 small TVs airing the same football game. Another person came to the bar that only worked on making mixers and chatting with servers. I finally asked them if I could place an order and they said in a moment. A few minutes later the original bartender came and asked for my order. I ordered an appetizer plate. It came pretty soon, barely warm, with one item I didn't want, and one sauce instead of three I asked for. Then a server came out with a remote control and turned the music up louder! At the same time I saw the other bartender at the draught taps trying to pour a beer (from the same tap as my bud light) with too much foam. They kept scooping foam off of the top, then pouring a little beer from a shorter glass in it. They took three minutes to pour a beer when obviously the keg needed replacement. Just an observation of plain laziness. I didn't feel like finishing my food and surprisingly, the bartender came right away with my check. I had a similar experience there in the past, but I was close by so I thought I would give them another chance. There are good Applebee's and I have a few on my favorite's list. Not this one, so I...
Read moreIf I could, I will give them A zero starts management pretty poorly we went today, June 22 the server that we got her name was Fernanda. Oh God where can I start first of all rude throwing the stuff on the table, asking for something and she would laugh in your face report it to the management The only thing that he did is change the server that she was better and we were about to leave I talked to the server that was attending us the second girl ask her for the first server name they didn’t want to provide it. I asked the manager for Fernando‘s name. It took him like for me to ask him like around five times in order for him to provide me her name because I told her that I was going to report it to headquarters She passed by where me and the manager were talking. She was literally laughing. I told the manager did you see that and he told me I’ll take care of it, but he didn’t do nothing. I would like for headquarters to look into this restaurant review and for someone to come out to this restaurant so they can see Their poor management they took more than an hour for them to bring my son and his girlfriend‘s food there was literally like probably two more parties besides us, and they took forever to bring out the food when we complain to the manager about them taking long with the food we saw that there was a guy that came out of the kitchen, took a look at where we were setting and left and then went back inside, but if I could, I would stay away from this restaurant poor management we didn’t believe the reviews but if you wanna not waste your money and your time at this restaurant, I will stay away far far away...
Read moreThe overall atmosphere and decore is worthy of applebee's. Entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed the servers were in disarray. We were quickly seated as expected when there isn't a full house. My wife and I ordered the boneless buffalo wings for our appetizer. The wings were good until I bit down on a piece of bone. I told the server that there wasn't any problem and that it sometimes happens. Everything was going well so far. We received our drinks in good time. Our orders were the bourbon street chicken and shrimp and the 6 oz. USDA select top sirloin(medium rare) The bourbon street chicken was served on a bed of sauteed mushrooms and onions. And with garlic and overcooked shrimp over the chicken. The 6 oz. Sirloin was brought with mashed potatoes and classic fries. The steak was purple and cold in the center and was under seasoned. My chicken would have been delicious if hadn't been for the overpowering garlic and overcooked, shriveled up shrimp on top of it. We asked for the steak to be remade for us. We were disappointed to say the least not only was the steak heated up in a microwave but they had the bright idea to not even use a new plate. On top of that the cooks added extra fries( which were cold) that we didn't even ask for.
Overall rating 1/5 stars.
Word of advise, do not eat at either of the Applebee's in...
