I would avoid this McDonald’s at all costs! I went to order a large iced latte and was given a medium. I told them I asked for a large, the lady asked me for a receipt so I gladly gave her the receipt. The lady never told me to move from window 2 so i stayed. I never yelled, disrespected or gave anyone a hard time. Some lady come out yelling at me to move from window 2 because other people are trying to get their food. I wasn’t even told anything to move from window 2 after I gave the lady the receipt. So I move, she asks what problem I have so she can fix it, I say “oh I wanted a large” - never yelled, disrespected or ANYTHING. She started to explain to me like I’m STUPID about the sizes. Mind you she’s raising her voice at this point. I just mentioned that I always get it large and again she starts talking to me like I’m stupid. She definitely needs some training on customer service. She was practically shaking from how mad she is and I NEVER said or did anything rude to her. I wasn’t even aware lattes and coffees are different and different sizes too? She didn’t have to make me feel stupid to explain it to me. Did not get her name but she had braces and her brackets were orange. If she has a problem with working here then maybe she should look elshewhere where she doesn’t have to interact with people.

Read more(This is actually for the Del Mar & McPherson location.) Drove in for a breakfast sandwich & #1. Which sounds easy enough. But… I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. And they got it wrong at least four times. The order screen showed the wrong item. So I corrected them. When I paid, and got receipt… still wrong. So I corrected them. When I was asked to park in curbside, I confirmed the order had been entered wrong. They said yes it’ll be fine. When I got my food, wrong again. So after about 8-10 minutes, I drove back to the window. And twice they’re telling me it’s right. Even a manager type said it was right. So they asked me, what the problem was. I replied, it’s in the name… bacon, egg, cheese, biscuit. They finally caught on that the item was just incomplete. At this point, having had multiple hands look inside the sandwich, and having been more than 10 mins. I asked for my money back. And I got $3.39 returned. Which didn’t look right. So I asked if this was right. And they said, it’s on your receipt sir, that what it costs. I reminded them again, the receipt had the wrong item. And that they had kept my receipt anyway.
Btw… the lady at the second window was very nice and polite. And clearly understood my issue. Unfortunately no one else was...

Sadly knowing the manager was so incompetent .I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and a double QP with bacon both being large and was charged 19.44 which I thought was about right. As I drove away I had no nuggets but yet I had my sauce inside the bag. I still had to drive back and easily thought they just forgot to just bag in my nuggets and manager comes back and says she didn’t charge me for my nuggets! Are you being serious ? I paid $19.44 and she states I still needed $4.01 !!! I was in a hurry so I paid but it was completely wrong. If u order same meal in the app it around $16 so where does $24 come into all this??? She was rude and was looking at me like I was some dumb lady… well it’s not the first time I have had a bad experience here and this was the last time I ever give my business on Jacaman st. She looked bothered by this instead of apologizing and correcting the issue in a professional manner. Meanwhile my fries and other burger got cold. Just a horrible experience!
