McDonald's — Restaurant in Laredo

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS! Worst McDonald’s EVER! I ordered through the app, got the notification that my order was placed AND charged. I got down, gave them my order code and they tell me that they have NO mobile orders at all. I asked “are you sure? I have the order number, confirmation, and the notification where I was charge”. YOLANDA rudely said “NO TEMENOS NADA”. She even told me that I placed the order in the wrong location, but I showed her that the order was placed at that address. I closed the app and she asked me again for my order number. Once I opened it, I could no longer see my order number. I told her that I couldn’t see it and she said “it should be there, it’s always there” so then I told her “can you show me then because I don’t see it” and she said “no, I don’t even know how to use that app” ?!?! Well??? How do you say my order number is here when you don’t even know how to use the app? I asked her “so what are we going to do? Because I was already charged.” She had no solution, she instead kept insisting that my order was never placed. Anyways, I was there for 30 minutes listening to her remarks, when I see a girl place MY ORDER on the “pick up” bar. I knew it was my order because I saw the drinks.. so I said “isn’t that my order”. Then she said “no, that order has been there forever.” The girl that placed the order on the bar said “no, I just placed that order right now” and I said “yup, she just placed the order right now”. She kept making excuses as to why they lost my order and trying to validate why she was right; even though she was clearly wrong and...

We placed our order for 2 McDoubles, one without onions. We were asked to park, there were 2 cars ahead of us waiting. While we waited, 3 more vehicles showed up/ordered. The 2 cars ahead of us were served and they left, as expected. 2 of the 3 cars that ordered AFTER US were served....wait, what?!?! We waited a bit to see if our food would be sent out, nothing. I drove up to the window again to inquire about our meal. The "manager" said that everyone had to wait since all food was made fresh. I understand that, but why did 2 vehicles after us get their food before us if ALL FOOD is made fresh and fulfilled in the order it was taken. I asked for a refund and manager dismissively said they don't give refunds. I took our burgers. At this time, it is now 20 minutes later for 2 McDoubles. We get home and the McDoubles were prepared wrong. They were plain and dry with cheese only. I called several times but nobody picked up. I wanted to return to let "management" know but it is obvious that the people working this shift are at their best incompetent and clearly don't care about their commitment to quality. I believe the shift manager said her name was Sandra....but not sure since mask wearing makes speaking unintelligible at times. Please, feel free to review any and all video and phone logs to verify this story. This manager should be reprimanded and retrained. Everyone knows that McDonald's isn't fine dining, but we do expect a basic level of courtesy and respect, all of which I didn't receive on my visit this...

It was about 11:35 pm when we pulled up the drive thru for one meal. We placed the order, pulled to the window to pay and went to the "pick-up" window only to be told to go to #2 to wait for our one meal. From where the window is, we were unable to see the hidden #2 spot so I asked the girl to tell me where it was she had already run off. I waited at the window for her to come back. There was a very visible #1, 3,4,5,6 spots (all taken) but no 2. When she finally came back she stared at me I asked her where that 2 spot was and she said "it's there" and pointed with her pen (that still didn't help). I told her to just give me my money back because as I waited for her to come back, the smell coming out of this McDonald's was nauseating. It didn't even smell like French fries. She got angry at me and snatched the receipt out of my hand. I still didn't get my money and instead, the girl sent another girl, with glasses too, to throw the order at me. I did not appreciate the poor character of either of those girls. The soda was shoved in my hands. Do not buy food here. No matter how desperate you are. Go to a surrounding restaurant. I rarely ever go to this particular McDonald's because their service is...
